Everything was clean and the proximity to the beach and the ocean view CAN'T be beat! It was spacious and our kids feel in love with it immediately. We were even able to extend our trip an extra day. The Hangout was a little less than a mile walk which we enjoyed both street side and beach side right into the beautiful sunset. We were a little surprised to not find a hairdryer or hardly any games. The TV was also a little difficult to manage. We are used to having streaming options. But it wasn't a big deal, we brought some DVD's just in case. There were also no cooking spices, not even salt and pepper. Again though, none of these thing were a huge deal to us

Nice place as it was right on the beach with unobstructed views. Close to restaurants, but not so much within walking distance. The only problem with our stay was that during our second day there, we went to the beach for several hours during the morning. When we returned to the unit, the door was slightly open. We thought perhaps we left it open, however we saw a dark boot footprint on a towel we left on the floor by the front door, as well as the towel was moved. We

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Price. The place was clean and well organized. Our 2nd time staying at Crystal Shores. ONLY 2 issues we had was the Check In Time of 4pm and Check Out time of 9am, that's way too late to check in and way to early to check out its like losing a half day. The other was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom Didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. Overall a great place to spend a weeks vacation.

Nice beach place!

This was a clean, nicely appointed condo with a great ocean view. The property is close to restaurants and has nice pool and exercise facilities. The only negative thing was 9am checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation/Baseball

Perfect location to beach, town and baseball fields in area. No complaints. Two minor suggestions - Couch could use replacing and should replace balcony chairs with tall ones for unobstructed view. We enjoyed every minute and will stay here again in the future!

Short getaway by the beach

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. We have stayed at Crystal Shores several times in the past. We were a little disappointed this time in the upkeep of the facility. General cleanliness was less than in the past stays and the hot tub did not work during our entire stay. Still had a great time at the beach with family.

Perfect stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay while at gulf shores! The check in/out process was very smooth and communication was seamless. The condo was very clean and it was so nice to have such great views of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo Unit, but horrible Management company

We Arrived to no one in lobby, no parking passes, our passcode didn't work to Gym, Pool, Beach, Rec Center. Back and forth for 3 days of me being told via text look under bed, over Refrigerator, Over Microwave for wrist bands that should be in room to access everything again after me texted that our codes did not work. another guest advised me we should have writst bands with key fobs, anyway 3 days of nothing we decided to check out being told we will get no refund. Poor Management Company sad my food we brought was spoiled since we moved to a hotel that didnt have a freezer and packing up everything on vacation was horrible. Management didn't answer phone when I called 5 times, the only time I got a response from a live person is when I said we checked out. Sad first time using VRBO and won't do it again.

Gulf shores condo

Exactly as pictured. Great view of the beach. Elevators were very fast so not a long wait at all. Very nice place and definitely would stay again.

We came for the beach and it was very easy to get to. Our view was great. As fas as access to restaurants, everything was near, but traffic was heavy.
