This second-floor condo is within walking distance of the shores of Little Lagoon and across the street from the sugary white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Downtown Gulf Shores is within three miles, along with fantastic dining options, supermarkets, and convenience stores. Gulf State Park Pier and Gulf State Park Pavillion for outdoor enthusiasts are a bit further away. Spend a day strolling along the waterfront, playing arcade games, and visiting unique shops. And if your wish is to relax closer to your condo, you can always enjoy a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool.
This charming home away from home offers a serene balcony with partial views of the ocean and neighboring houses, providing you with a wonderful scenic viewpoint. It's also a great spot to sip your morning coffee or a refreshing beverage in the evening as the sun goes down.
