Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only.
Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower.
We think our condo is great for up to five people!

Our stay was fantastic . Mara’s and Barry’s place was cozy , comfortable , super clean and tidy and overall had a very inviting vibe . We had a beautiful view of the intercoastal beach . Arriving after Labour Day allowed us to enjoy the quiet neighborhood all day . The community pool was only a few feet away from our rental and big enough to do laps . The beach on the Atlantic side of our rental was endless and great for running or walking . In summary , we loved it all !!!

We had a great stay as a family of 4 at Two Beaches and would definitely come back. We loved having access to the sound, ocean, and pool. We enjoyed using the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs in the shed and allowed us to pack a little lighter. We highly recommend this location!

Wonderful house at Topsail Beach

My family and I thought Two Beaches was a wonderful house. The location is terrific! The owners are very thoughtful in the extras provided from beach chairs and umbrellas to detergent and coffee pods! We had a great stay!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We had the BEST time staying at Two Beaches. It was our first time at Topsail. The home was super clean and well equipped with beach gear and bikes for the whole family. My kids said the couch was so comfy they actually slept there a couple nights! Communication with the owners was a breeze and they made check-in and checkout super easy. We will definitely be back soon!!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was wonderful and we had no real complaints. The listing is accurate and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The property is very conveniently located at the very tip of the island and is the perfect spot to enjoy both the sound and the ocean. The property owner was so helpful and available any time. In my experience, this property owner was one of the best we have ever had.We would recommend this property for anyone that wants a laid back beach vacation.

Wonderful time in this little get way at Two Beaches! Perfect for our family of 3. Mara was attentive without being intrusive, property allowed for enjoyment of both ocean and waterways (great for win the Rip Current is brutal). Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Two Beaches! The property was amazing and was exactly as the pictures showed online. Everything was clean and accessible. We also are so appreciative of our hosts. Mara & Barry were so communicative and helpful from the start! Beach was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful house with everything you could want/need! Wonderful property!!

We had such a great stay at Two Beaches! We have stayed in Serenity Point for the past few years, each time in a different property and this was by far one of our favorites! Beautifully decorated and furnished, comfortable beds, amazing view from the front deck - you can see the sunset every night! Mara was so helpful and checked in a few times to see how we were doing. The "extra" touches did not go unnoticed, it was SO nice having the bikes & the beach chairs! The cornhole boards were such a nice surprise. Also, hand soaps were already in the bathrooms and kitchen. Having a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets was SO appreciated! We enjoyed the games and puzzles and did I mention the sunset every night from the deck?? We will definitely book again at Two Beaches!

Relaxation and beauty awaits!

Two Beaches was a wonderful home away from home during our visit to Topsail. The property is stocked with everything you would need, including bikes that we rode almost every day. Having an outdoor shower, along with three indoor showers really made end of day washups a breeze with a family. This was our first time at Topsail and I can't imagine staying anywhere else but this beautiful neighborhood and property. Also, the property owners were the most attentive I've ever experienced through VRBO. First class

Lovely location and community!

Two Beaches was such a wonderful stay. It was great to be beside the pool and across the street from the sound access with a short walk to the beach access. It was still quiet despite being close to these amenities and a split unit. The community felt very safe and everyone seemed respectful. There was a Police truck that drove through often which gave us even more peace of mind. We loved walking to the Point especially with young children as it gave them shallow waters to play in. It’s just a few miles from the local fun like Roller Skating, Putt Putt, Ice cream, park, etc. Mara was a joy to communicate with- responsive and even checked in after the first day to ensure we were able to find everything we needed. We hope to visit Two Beaches again in the future and would certainly recommend this rental to anyone!

Wonderful!

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Spring break getaway

A warm and inviting home set in the perfect location. We had easy access to the beach and sound. Hosts provided great suggestions for local spots to check out. We already miss Topsail!

Anniversary Get-A-Way

I can't say enough about this property! It is absolutely beautiful, light, bright, clean, beachy, and so very welcoming! We felt right at home the moment we walked in, and all of the cares of the world disappeared! The views are breathtaking - wake up to bright sunrises shining through the windows, with the rolling sound of the surf in the background, and sunsets glowing through the windows in the evenings. Wish we could have stayed forever! And the hosts are wonderful - so welcoming and eager to make your stay perfect! Can't wait to come back!

We were blessed!

We have been staying at Serenity point for 15 years and this has been the best place we have stayed. The hosts provide so many “extras” and made our check-in- check-out process so easy. They provided all the information we needed before we had time to ask. Hope we can book this house next year!
