Family Escape Minutes to Northstar EV Charger W/D

Experience modern mountain living in this newly decorated home just a few mins from Northstar Resort. Sleeps 8 people comfortably with a very spacious living/kitchen area and private deck with BBQ and beautiful forest view! Wonderful for families looking to escape into the mountains and explore the Lake Tahoe region during winter or summer.

This bright and spacious (1,857 sqft) home features a large, open great room with stone fireplace, comfortable couch, TV with streaming and multiple windows for natural light and views for the trees outside.

Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table for a delicious homemade meal.

Grand staircase will give you access to the loft/office where children can play and parents can work. Master bedroom is also upstairs and has a King bed, TV with streaming and en-suite bathroom.

Other two bedrooms are downstairs and one has a Queen bed and the other has two bunk beds with 2 twins each. Laundry Room and second bathroom are also downstairs.

This home is conveniently located and has everything you need for the perfect mountain getaway!

ENTERTAINMENT:
*There are 3 televisions in the property, one in the living room, one in the guest bedroom and one in the main bedroom. All televisions feature a Roku streaming device, and use the wifi network to stream content.
*Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out at the end of your stay
*Games, Books, Toys are also available for more entertainment!

KITCHEN AND DINING:
*Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience with Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes and Cooking Utensils, Child`s highchair
*Dining area seats 8

UTILITIES:
*Central Heating controlled by Nest Thermostat
*No A/C but ceiling fan in living room. It can get hot and stuffy during very few days of summer.
*Washer and Dryer available for your convenience
*During winter, when you check out or leave the property do not turn heater off, always leave the property heated to at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing the pipes.

POOL & SPA FACILITIES:
Potential access to the HOA Recreation Center as a Guest. It costs $5 to enter. This has a playground, kiddie pool, adult pool, multi-use pool, splash pad, fitness center, spa, sauna, locker rooms, tennis courts and grassy area. Note that we can`t guarantee their availability and operation during your stay of the HOA amenities and services.

***Lost Rec Passes will result in $100 replacement fee.

PARKING:
*Garage can fit 2 cars and has a 220V outlet (NEMA 14-30) which is convenient for EV Charging.
*3 cars can park on driveway.
*PLEASE TAKE CARE when driving into the garage, it is a narrow opening. Also, it is a tight turn onto the driveway coming off of the street.
*Be cautious while walking outside especially at night during winter time in icy conditions.

You CANNOT park on the street. There is also complimentary shuttle access to renters during their stay within Northstar boundaries...aka go to Village, skiing, Rec Center.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

We are in Northstar so there is access to the mountain and all its activities. Hidden among the trees in the majestic Martis Valley in North Lake Tahoe, Northstar California welcomes friends and families looking to get more our of their mountain getaway.

We are also 15 minute drive from King`s Beach and Nevada state line and 30 min from Tahoe City.

Important: Babies should never be left unattended next to the stairs and loft area. The railing is fairly wide and they are vertical railings so babies can potentially squeeze through. Also, guests should not leave children unattended on the deck.

The TOT Tax is included in your accommodation rate and no other tax is charged or collected after you have booked this property.

Please note that in winter weather & storm conditions such services as Internet and cable may be spotty and/or nonfunctional. Those are beyond our control and we do not provide refunds or credits in the event that services are out due to inclement weather conditions, which is the norm. Please book only if you are ok with the potential of not having cable or Internet during your stay during bad weather.

Please note, we do our very best to ensure that after each reservation the amenities listed below are and remain in the home. As you might imagine, things go `missing` over time and while we do our best to check and replace, things (like a hair dryer) can go missing and therefore we kindly ask that you check with us first, have a back up in place just in case, or otherwise agree to book our home with the understanding that some items listed throughout our listing may not be on site. For that we apologize and will do whatever we can to remediate as quickly as possible. No refunds will be given nonetheless.

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you`re not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don`t hesitate to ask them.

Trash Instructions:
-Only dispose of trash in the bear box.
-Please ensure the bear box is secured when putting trash inside.
-NEVER leave trash outside the bear box.
-The green waste bins are not for regular trash.
-$100 fee minimum for trash being put in the green waste bin or trash left outside of the bear box.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm; Checkout: 10am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

Guests are responsible for any fines/citations/penalties received by host or owner if caused intentionally or negligently by guest or guests of guest. Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs.

Great location for Northstar

Great communication with the property manager. The booking process was super smooth and the check in and details for house were very clear. We came during our kids’ spring break to enjoy the last remnants of the snow and we loved how convenient it was to take the shuttle from the house to the resort. Great place to stay with a family and the house was really comfortable and cozy.

Perfect Tahoe get away

We had the best time during our stay here and exploring Tahoe. We arrived to this beautiful cabin in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood. They had everything you need for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
