The apartment is located on the basement/lower level of the home and has its own private entrance.

The bedroom includes 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, making the space comfortable for couples, friends, or a small family.

**Important Things to Know Before Booking

This is a NON-SMOKING home.

The apartment is located in the basement/lower level of the home. There are 5 steps from ground level down to the private entrance. Please see the photos for a visual of the stairs and entrance.

The two owners live on the upper floor of the home. They have a quiet and friendly dog.

Cooking is not permitted. A microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker are provided for your convenience.

Bikes are not provided, although the nearby trails are easily accessible.

Minimum stay: A 2 and 3-night minimum is required.

The property is excellent. It is a lot bigger than the pictures show. Plenty of room and very quiet, comfortable and well maintained. We brought our bikes and there is a very nice trail leading to Lewes and downtown Rehobeth only a block away. The owner is responsive and easy to del with. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my husband & I, and our 2 small kiddos! Quang was quick to respond after I noticed the toaster was missing, and he brought me a brand new one within 30 minutes! Space seemed larger than I imagined from the pictures, and large outdoor space as well!

Our plan was to come to Rehoboth for a long weekend and bike in Henlopen State Park. We loved this property because it was close to trail access and also we could park our bikes on the covered patio. We enjoyed sitting on the patio that faced greenery as it was peaceful and quiet. The property was as described, walkout basement in a neighborhood and we liked that it was away from noisy areas. The shower was wonderful and easy to get in and out of, especially for two senior citizens. It's hard at our age to find beds that are comfortable, and we had a bit of a struggle sleeping. And although we knew it was a basement unit, the musty smell was off putting. If you're looking for convenient bike trail access, a quiet location, a small kitchenette, and something that will also accommodate a couple of children, this is a good option.

Host was very responsive with all needs prior to arrival. Sent great instructions on check in and out. Property was very clean. Directions to trail would be helpful but we also didnt ask while there due to heat wave!! Close to anything you could want. Highly recommend!

I myself liked this place. Unfortunately, we did book for the wrong weekend. The weekend of the noreaster storm that passed through. Wanted to take the boats out at fishermans warf for a day of fishing. But it was already paid for so we went anyways. There was beautiful wildlife pass through the back yard. A young fox and a deer. The fox seamed to hang out there. The place was very clean. No complaints there. The bed was a little small for my wife and I so we slept separately. She likes her space. The only real downfall we had was the refrigerator did not work. I have meds that need refrigerated so had to keep getting ice and a cooler. Other than that I liked it. Nice and quiet. The feeling of privacy.

Great place

We stayed here for a long weekend and it worked out great! Location was perfect to get to all the beaches and boardwalk. Met the host as we were leaving one day, he made sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
