Come stay in our clean and spacious, freshly painted ground floor one-bedroom beach apartment located in the heart of Seaside Heights. Park your car in the driveway and leave it there all week. Our home is steps from Breakwater Beach Waterpark which makes this a perfect location for a couple with small children. Just a short stroll to the boardwalk, the ocean, the bay, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs/nightlife. Seaside Heights has even more to offer with amusement park rides, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and wave runner rentals. Also, visit www.seaside-heightsnj.org for updated movie and fireworks nights, as well as casinopiernj.com for Breakwater Beach Waterpark and Casino Pier activities. An amazing time for you and your family is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.

One parking spot is provided in the driveway, additional free parking available on the street.

Beach passes for up to four included (a $200.00 dollar value) .

The unit has window air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with new mattress, and you’ll find a convertible sofa (full size mattress) in the living room.

There is cable & WiFi with new Ultra-4K smart TV’s in both the living room (55 inch) and the bedroom (43 inch).

The eat in kitchen has all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. so that you can cook inside. There is also a dinette table with seating for four. Outside, there is a shared patio area with 2 gas barbecue grills and tables for enjoying a nice meal in the fresh air.

If you are traveling with friends or family, we have an additional three-bedroom unit for up to 8 guests available onsite for a separate nightly rate. Please contact us for more information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO LARGE GROUPS
-This is not a Prom, Graduation or Party House – no need to inquire.
-Minimum age for primary renter is 25 yrs. – no exceptions.
-Both owners and renters comply with state & local Ordinances (STRP #24-00042).
-Check-in time is 4pm - check-out time is 10am.
-We do not provide linens and towels. Guests must bring their own.
-While the unit is located at ground level, it is not ADA Handicapped Accessible.

We now offer Short Term & Winter Rentals between September and April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements/repairs. *Zoning for our property prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency or using our home as a primary residence.
