Nestled in a quiet residential area in Ocean City, Maryland's highly sought out downtown district - Starfish and Coffee Beach Condo boasts 1 bedroom with 2 full sized beds; 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination; a nicely appointed kitchen with a spacious 6 seat granite Island for dining and "work from home"; and a comfortable living room with ample seating that includes two chairs and a sofa with a full-size sleeper. The bedroom and living room have room darkening curtains and all beds have memory foam mattresses.

**Guests have the flexibility to access our 1st floor condo via 4 steps or by a ramp from the small parking lot. On-site Security.**

This property is 3 blocks from Ocean City's fabulous boardwalk and beach and 1 block from the 3rd street bayside fishing pier (no fishing license required) where guests can fish for their "catch of the day" and view amazing sunsets.

Within Walking Distance: boardwalk and beach (3 blocks); restaurants and bars; boardwalk amusement park; the Ocean City inlet parking/event area; and the Downtown Recreation Complex (202 4th Street, OCMD) that includes a skateboard park, basketball court, baseball field, and a playground.
