The Space:

Relax in style right by the sugar-white sand here in Ocean City and make yourself at home in this spacious condo perfect for family getaways or vacations with friends. As soon as you step foot inside, you will be drawn to the enclosed balcony with plush furnishings where you can easily post up and watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee. Though this is a one-bedroom condo, the open layout will allow everyone to spread out, and the bunk enclave will allow the kiddos to sleep soundly. The family room features a large sectional sofa, a modern lounge chair, and a TV to watch favorite shows on. When everyone builds up an appetite, the full kitchen has updated cabinetry, stylish wood-paneled ceilings, exposed shelving, and all of the utensils needed to create tasty meals each day. Not to mention, the shared pool and beach access will allow everyone to get their fill of fun in the sun!



Quiet days spent building sandcastles on the beach will be easy to come by with the sand mere steps away, yet venturing out to explore the city can also be a blast. The Coastal Highway is a block away where you will find a wide variety of local restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores, and more. If you are looking to have a bit of fun that all ages can enjoy, Jolly Roger Amusement Park is three miles south. Plus, the Ocean City Boardwalk is a perfect place to grab a bit of seafood and check out the hustle and bustle of Ocean City.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The pool was closed but it is October. What we loved the most was the extended balcony. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the ocean, enjoying the views. The furnishings were dated but the place had a great vibe and was well appointed. Would recommend and will stay here again.

We definitely want to stay here again! This was the perfect spot for our little family. We have two Autistic children, one of which is pretty noise sensitive, so going to OC instead of our usual OBX trip was a gamble, but we are so glad we took the risk! Our kids got to experience oceanfront front for the first time and it was magical.The unit was clean, well stocked and the location was perfect! Easy rental process, we booked pretty last minute.

Right on the Beach.

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Ocean City in this very nice beachside unit. All of our questions were answered promptly by our Property manager. This is definitely a place I would return to.

Perfect for our family of four with kids ages 4&6. Walkable to everything, pool wasn’t too crowded and this section of beach away from the high rises was a breath of fresh air after staying in other areas of ocean city. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beachfront Stay for Small Family!!

We loved staying in this home away from home. All the best conveniences of a hotel stay(linens/starter pack of necessities etc), but with so much more style and home feel. My daughter adored the railroad bunks & the king size bed welcomes you to a solid night’s sleep. Short walk to the beach & amazing restaurants for optimum fun having!! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I needed 2 nights of rest and we got every minute of it at this cozy beach Condo. Modern appliances, 4k TV, easy check in and check out. We will return for a getaway in the winter and with our kids in the Summer.

Nice relaxing spot

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The balcony at a nice view. It was a nice spot to sit and read. The kitchen had everything you could need for preparing meals. I would recommend this property.
