3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lakefront home with Boat Dock, Swim Deck and Boat Lift. Expansive Deck stretches the entire length of the home while overlooking Lake Balboa. Home boasts of sun room and living room. Walk out of the master bedroom onto the large deck and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Home features 5 Roku smart TV’s, and all the appliances needed to mix your favorite beverage and enjoy your coffee or teas from the Keurig. Enjoy grilling and dinner on the patio at table that seats 8. Whether you’re looking for a girls/guys retreat, family vacation, fishing, golf, BBQ and chill or an elegant dinner with lake views Rest&Refresh has it ALL!!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community and is home to 11 lakes, several hiking trails, and 9 golf courses. The home is only a short drive away Balboa Beach and the delicious Xplore Lakefront Restaurant.

The lake was drained as we communicated with you in advance of your stay and offered you the opportunity to alter or cancel your stay for a full refund. Despite knowing the lake was drained, you still chose to come. The lake levels are now returning to normal as they drain each lake in Hot Springs Village every seven years and this happened to be Lake Balboa’s year. Our lakefront property has been enjoyed by hundreds over the years, and we look forward to the lake returning to its normal beauty. We are sorry you weren’t able to experience it in its glory. We are glad you enjoyed the expansive deck as we find it relaxing as well.

We keep it stocked for many of things guests need for a comfortable stay with the kitchen stocked with cooking pots, pans and multiple sets of dishes for both indoor dining or outdoor dining. Wonderful quiet stay

This place was just what we were looking for. It was so quiet and relaxing. Host was very helpful when we got lost looking for the gates. We saw tons of wildlife and enjoyed swimming and perch fishing. The home was clean, cool, and easy to access. The beds were ver comfortable.

Awesome location on Lake Balboa

Excellent and immediate communication with host. You can’t beat being footsteps away from an amazing swimming hole - we spent most of our time in the warm Lake Balboa. Bring floaties and beach towels to make swim days even more enjoyable. Well stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Opportunities for improvement/areas of concern shared directly with hosts.

The home was located near family. We enjoyed the comforts of the home mostly for the overnights. It was well equipped to handle our 4 senior adults. The view was very nice. Great location and nice home.

Great, clean house in nice cove

The house was great and communication with the owners was great. Very clean, with updates. Nice boat dock in a nice cove on Lake Balboa. If we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again!

Fun for the whole family

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for our family. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the lake access was perfect for the kids. It's so peaceful here. No one would regret renting this place.

A must visit

My family and I wanted a quick get away for the weekend. This place is amazing. Host is absolutely incredible. They are also very attentive to any questions one might have. One of the best trips and experiences with a VRBO host. If you plan on visiting Hot Springs Village, this is your place to stay.

Great quick getaway

We wanted to get away on a short drive vacation so 3 hour drive for us was perfect! The place was beautiful! Lots to do around Hot Springs Village! And we had no trouble keeping the grandchildren entertained! This place was lovely and a great launching pad for all our adventures! I highly recommend it!

A great spot!

The Rest and Refresh lake house was a lovely place to stay! The spacious rooms and entertainment areas like the fire pit, lake, and the back deck made our stay incredibly comfy and relaxing. We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock on the lake and the fire pit when it got too cold to be near the water. Sunset Grill and Molly O’Briens were some of our local favorite eats. Thank you Earsa and Anthony for loaning out your home to us!

Great home and location by lake

House was very clean and organized upon arrival. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, roomy living/dining area. Great location, gigantic deck in back with lake and boat/swim dock within steps away! Quiet neighborhood , just a great place to chill out, swim off deck, fish, or whatever! Owners were super nice and responded quickly to all our needs. We loved our stay and plan on coming back!
