3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lakefront home with Boat Dock, Swim Deck and Boat Lift. Expansive Deck stretches the entire length of the home while overlooking Lake Balboa. Home boasts of sun room and living room. Walk out of the master bedroom onto the large deck and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Home features 5 Roku smart TV’s, and all the appliances needed to mix your favorite beverage and enjoy your coffee or teas from the Keurig. Enjoy grilling and dinner on the patio at table that seats 8. Whether you’re looking for a girls/guys retreat, family vacation, fishing, golf, BBQ and chill or an elegant dinner with lake views Rest&Refresh has it ALL!!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community and is home to 11 lakes, several hiking trails, and 9 golf courses. The home is only a short drive away Balboa Beach and the delicious Xplore Lakefront Restaurant.

Awesome location on Lake Balboa

Excellent and immediate communication with host. You can’t beat being footsteps away from an amazing swimming hole - we spent most of our time in the warm Lake Balboa. Bring floaties and beach towels to make swim days even more enjoyable. Well stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Opportunities for improvement/areas of concern shared directly with hosts.

Rest & Refresh is 100% Accurate!

My husband and I stayed at Anthony & Earsa's beautiful house on Lake Balboa for 10 days in early October 2024. Everything was easy from making the reservations, to checking in, to responsiveness for help with TVs (we old-timers are used to cable, so it took us a couple days to figure out the streaming), to checking in with us during our stay and checking out. The house was clean & comfortable, the views are outstanding. Once we unpacked we felt like we were home. We took full advantage of Lake Balboa & rented a pontoon from the marina for the duration. We had clear, sunshine skies & beautiful weather. We golfed a few times on the beautiful private golf courses. We even worked out at the gym in the Coronado Center. We grilled a few times & enjoyed our favorite HSV & HS restaurants. We were long overdue for a vacation, resting & relaxing and we truly enjoyed our rejuvenation in HSV. We are property (undeveloped property) owners who really love HSV, the peacefulness, the lakes, golfing, the beautiful views & actually being able to see tons of stars at night. Anthony & Earsa's beautiful home was perfect for us. We hope to rent it out again next year! Thank you Anthony & Earsa for making our stay a pleasant one!

Fun Times

Stayed with my parents & my sister & bother in-law. The guys had a great day golfing & we all went into town one day. It was a great trip. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out & watch football. The deck was a wonderful place to relax in the morning. Everyone thought the beds were all super comfy. Just a great stay all around.

Wonderful quiet stay

This place was just what we were looking for. It was so quiet and relaxing. Host was very helpful when we got lost looking for the gates. We saw tons of wildlife and enjoyed swimming and perch fishing. The home was clean, cool, and easy to access. The beds were ver comfortable.

Fantastic Home

We celebrated our Mother’s 90th Birthday with our family. It’s a very well stocked, comfortable and clean home. The lake access was perfect for floating in rafts or fishing off the dock. We rented a boat for the day and it was nice to be able to dock the boat for a bit. Management was readily available for any questions!

From frantic to fabulous

Great vacation rental. Enough room so that everyone had their own space. Some of the BEST sleep my husband and I have got in over 3 years!! We need the name and type of the mattress in the master! The location was close to the beach. Super nice people everywhere in the village. We hope we can stay again soon.

A great spot!

The Rest and Refresh lake house was a lovely place to stay! The spacious rooms and entertainment areas like the fire pit, lake, and the back deck made our stay incredibly comfy and relaxing. We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock on the lake and the fire pit when it got too cold to be near the water. Sunset Grill and Molly O’Briens were some of our local favorite eats. Thank you Earsa and Anthony for loaning out your home to us!

Great quick getaway

We wanted to get away on a short drive vacation so 3 hour drive for us was perfect! The place was beautiful! Lots to do around Hot Springs Village! And we had no trouble keeping the grandchildren entertained! This place was lovely and a great launching pad for all our adventures! I highly recommend it!

Hot Springs Getaway

The house was so welcoming and relaxing. The lake views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Location was very safe. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were so comfy. The house has everything you need. Downtown is about 22-25 min away. Highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to stay here. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful and Amazing

This was possibly the best vacation of my life! There was no rushing around to do things and the property was beautiful. Even sleeping and just hanging out at the house was fantastic. It rained for part of each day so having comfortable couches with recliners was definitely a plus. I cannot say enough about the property and the entire experience. The Jacksons answered all questions and went way above to make our stay wonderful.

Awesome!!

Loved the house, only problem was everywhere we had planned to go was in Hot Springs which was about 20 to 34 mins away from the house. We hadn't realized the house was so far from Hot Springs the city. The Hot Springs Village were it is located is not inside the city limits. That was really the only issue we had which wasn't that big of a deal cause we made it work. Also most of the restaurants around or in the village close by 7 p.m. which created a little issue, but we figured it out fairly quick.
