This wonderful property has all new appliances. A beautiful patio underneath authentic grape vines from Italy. Open living space with internet is provided. One on grounds parking space with public parking across the street. A grill next to the patio if you desire to cookout. Great location

We had a great stay- perfect spot for a short trip with our 18 month old. The location was perfect, easy walk to everything in Cape May. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having the backyard area available. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent host, fantastic location

Kyle was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was really great - walking distance to everything! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location and Great Host

Had a great stay at this property with my family. Home is better than pictures, in a perfect location close to everything and Kyle was an excellent host. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect location quaint cottage

Perfect location to Washington Square shopping area. Cottage is clean and one parking spot right outside. Communication with host was quick and easy. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great place for family

Great experience staying at the Ruthe Anderson cottage! Kyle was very nice and accommodating. The place was exactly as described and great for our 1 and 3 year old. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time renting this home. Owner is so easy to work with, responsive, and generous. The house has everything you need & then some. Absolute perfect location!! Will absolutely be back.

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable cottage house

First time staying in Cape May and renting the cottage. Super clean, had everything we needed. The house is spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, and the perfect location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed in advance. Will definitely look to rent the house again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our short stay in the Cottage. Perfect location, central to all major Cape May activities and restaurants. The Cottage itself is compact but very clean and neat and simply appointed (in a good way). Had everything we needed and was the perfect jumping off point for bike excursions and walks.

Lovely place, perfect location

Couldn’t ask for a better beach house for our family on the go. Plenty of space for a family of four, walkable to the beach, a stones throw to town. Will definitely be back

Excellent location, updated and clean property.

Property is in close walking distance to grocery store and Washington Street shopping area. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Ocean/beach a short drive away. We had a very nice visit.

Great little house

This was a great option for our first trip with our our baby (~9months). Very clean and plenty spacious for the three of us. Great location to the main Cape May attractions, with everything in walking distance.

Fourth time staying here

My family has rented the Ruthe Anderson Cottage four years in a row and every time we have been met with the same cleanliness and ease of check-in. The owner is always very responsive. There is a reason we have stayed here for the past four years. We love it!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect house. Location is a 10/10. Everything is walking distance from the location. House itself is exactly as advertised. Clean, stocked, and perfect for a family of 4 with two young kids. Would highly recommend this house. We plan to stay here again next year!

Ruthe Anderson Cottage was so cozy, beautiful inside, cozy bed, great amenities and so close to the heart of everything Cape May!! We had the best time and appreciate being able to enjoy a cozy home while it rained off and on!

Great house, awesome location!

My wife, two kids and I had a great time. The home was newly renovated, super clean and in an awesome location - I think it was better than the pictures actually show. Kyle, the owner, was very responsive (literally within minutes). We will definitely look to stay here again!

Cozy cottage, amazing location

Cozy spot with enough room for our kid to run laps around the kitchen island after days at the beach. Across the street from big wave burrito, and within sight of Iccara and the pedestrian mall. Location was amazing — we didn’t have to get in our car once during our 4 day trip. Highly recommend for small families.
