Traditional house with beautiful volumes and very bright, renovated and decorated to the taste of the day, located in a private dead end which benefits from a beautiful sea view.

The house consists of three levels.

On the ground floor: Equipped and fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob + hood, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, bar table)
The kitchen is open to the living room and the terrace.
Living room with dining table (and 6 chairs), a corner sofa with TV (cable channels), DVD player and board games.
Independent WC with washbasin.

Upstairs: Hallway, bathroom with sink and electric towel rail, separate WC, one bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), one bedroom (2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), a master suite with double bed (160 x 200) and bathroom with walk-in shower, electric towel rail and sink.
Wardrobe or chest of drawers in all bedrooms. To spend nights in peace, the windows of the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
All living rooms and bedrooms have a sea view.

Basement/garage with second extra fridge, possibility of storing surfboards and bicycles.

Exterior: Large stone terrace, facing west. Remote control awning. Terrace furniture with charcoal Weber barbecue.
Shed and open garden.
Private parking on site (2 cars).

Cleaning, charges and linen are included in the rental price.
The beds are made upon your arrival.
WiFi connection.
Pets are not allowed.

ENVIRONEMENT:
The house is located in the village Pors Ar Vag (municipality of Plomodiern). Pors Ar Vag beach (400m) is known as a small surf spot. During the summer the beach is supervised. It is made up of fine sand and pebbles. The restaurant on the beach (L'Oasis) is renowned for its good value for money. We eat mostly local and fresh. On sunny days, you can sit on the terrace and admire the sea view and the sunset.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find the beaches of Lestrévet or Pentrez (accessible on foot at low tide from Pors Ar Vag) where you can practice sand yachting with your whole family. Initiation courses are organised.
From the beach of Pors Ar Vag you will have direct access to the GR34. Climb to the tip of Tal Ar Grip to see the expanse of beaches and cliffs.
In the village there is also a small nautical club and the restaurant "Chez Tatabel" to eat in or take away.
Come and contemplate the splendid view over the bay of Douarnenez at the top of the Ménez Hom located 330 meters above sea level, come and watch the shows of paragliding enthusiasts.Less than 10 km away, discover the medieval village of Locronan, a small town full of character, voted the most beautiful village in France. Less than 3 kms you will find the starred restaurant Glazicks in the village of Plomodiern. Every Friday come and taste the local specialties at the Plomodiern market or on the beach of Pentrez every Monday.
