Welcome to Emerald Beach 2128!

Our condo is a one bedroom two bath beach residence with twin bunks in the bunk area. We comfortable sleep up to 6 people because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home.
We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment: The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host many youth sport tourneys.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
