Nice property on a low floor. We had everything we needed for the stay. Well equipped kitchen and linens. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Great stay!

This property was wonderful! This was our 2nd visit to this resort! This room was by far the best! It was low level so no need to use elevators, it was clean, and well furnished! The only improvements seen would be the elevator wait times if you have a high room! The dryer in this unit also had a flaw. It would rip the drawstrings off shorts! I did message the manager for this unit, they did notify maintenance! Overall it was wonderful!

The space was as advertised, but I won’t be staying there again. Other places we have stayed seemed to go above and beyond a bit more. There is a single serve coffee maker but no Kcups. It felt crazy to purchase a whole package at the store for the remaining 3 days so I ended up just going without, bummer. The washer was dirty and sandy (I get where we were, but it was still gross) and the dryer was broken and ruined 3 different articles of clothing. We were stressed to the max trying to get out on time, ended up a few minutes late. The cleaning people were so rude to us as we left. Then I realized because of the frantic rush and rude cleaners that I had accidentally left 2 swim suits on the balcony to dry. When I called the property management phone line I felt that lady was short with me and seemed annoyed that I had called. The condo was very clean other than the washer and the location was wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the trash chutes were very smelly. The whole place stunk. The TV volume didn't work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and comfortable. We took a couple flights of stairs to the beach or sky bridge. Hardly waited for elevator. Amenities were perfect and this place even had an icemaker in the freezer. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Only complaint by the kids were the bunk beds could use new mattresses, but they bougey anyway. Kitchen is great, 2 bathrooms were great for showers after the beach. Girls loved the Starbucks in the lobby. Loved having Zolos and local steamer across the street. Highly recommend staying in this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time from our 2 year old to 16 year old. We only had 2 complaints, 1. We stayed at emerald beach resorts, but if you’re on the second floor, that doesn’t mean you use those elevators. The second floor is not connected like the others. The Wyndham side only had 1 working elevator when we arrived and after realizing we had to use those, it was over an hour later by the time we got both carts to the room. We went up the emerald elevators. Had to wait to go down when our room wasn’t one of the 3-5 over there. Then wait an outrageous amount of time for the one elevator. 2. Were the bug bites we acquired either sitting at the pool in the evening or out on the balcony. The facility had bug repellent dispensers but they were empty. We will be bringing bug spray next time to use in the evenings. It definitely won’t deter us from visiting again.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall the condo was clean and the view was amazing. We did have an issue with the A/C at first but they sent a crew out to take a look quickly! We were never able to get the thermostat down below 72, and the repairman said this was normal for the high temps outside. The master bedroom mattress was a bit firm for us but may be perfect for others. The only real complaint I would have is the kitchen cookware is very minimal and what is there is not in good condition. I would suggest taking any pots or pans if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Overall a wonderful stay!

Christmas getaway

Stay was good, view was good. Never stayed in PC before. Our only 2 issues was the amount of construction going on at the building. Also our last day there there was so much hammering and drilling going on next to us. Directions to the condo was confusing and we had to ask where to find it because the directions and signs did align up. Condo itself was in good condition.
