10th floor condominium. One bedroom, one bath, full kitchen and living room c/w sofa/bed. Condo has two balconies overlooking sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico. Access to San Luis Resort amenities, including heated H2O pool and swim up bar, three restaurants (Italian, award winning steak house, and casual dining), and piano bar. Access to resort spa, including work out room and sauna! Wi-Fi and private parking included. Poolside cabanas available to rent.

The San Luis Resort was great. The condo was beautiful. Ms. Darlene was an excellent host. We look forward to returning to The San Luis Resort soon.

Awesome Condo and Awesome Views!!!!

Fantastic condo with plenty of space.... Bed is very comfortable and location is fantastic... Very nice to have a full kitchen as well so we did not have to eat out for every meal!! the resort itself is A+ with the pool, spa, restaurants, hot tubs, etc.. Staff is also so awesome! Thank you Darlene

Great Condo and Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Access to San Luis Hotel amenities and easy access to beach. The condo is very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

The View is amazing with easy access to restaurants

This was our first stay at the San Luis and it was very nice! Darlene was very helpful before our stay and answers texts very quickly. There was only 3 of us so there was plenty of room, huge closet, ac worked great, 2 TV's and 2 balconies. Ice maker works, and the restaurants even have room service (the front desk can print out menus for you. The San Luis has 3 restaurants and a coffee/ice-cream store. There are also 3 shopping stores inside the hotel. Their pool is small but we walked to the beach easy enough from the San Luis. Helpful Tips: If you are picking up the condo key from the front desk- you can pull up in front of the hotel and 1 person get the key and then drive to the back of the hotel to enter OR we had the valet take everything they would up to our room (They will not take coolers) and then my husband drove around. There are 2 sets of elevators in the San Luis. The ones by the front desk are not the Condo side. The condo entrance to the elevators are around the back of the hotel. You do need the white pass key to park in the garage so you might have to go to the room first. If you plan to eat out a lot at any of the Landry's restaurants Buy their card for $25- it not only gives you the $25 back after your register but you get seated faster and you get points for everything you spend which loads money back to the card. We had $50 off our meal before we left.

The San Luis Resort and Spa, a premiere beachfront property, offers an onsite fitness center and sauna, onsite dining options (GROTTO Ristorante, The Steakhouse, BLAKES Bistro), the San Luis Bar, the H20 pool and lounge area, with swim up bar. Lounge area includes cushioned seating and a fire pit.

The resort offers private poolside cabanas, c/w TV, directly thru resort at additional cost.

The onsite "SPA San Luis" offers messages, and body treatments, directly thru resort at additional cost.
