Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Relaxing Hawaii Vacation

The best features of this vacation was how gorgeous the facility was and how close we were to the ocean. We were only about 30 feet from the water! We could hear the ocean and feel the breeze. It was so relaxing!

Condo stay

The condo worked great for us. It's nice having a kitchen to prepare our own meals and sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean was priceless. The pool is very nice and we went there almost every day of our stay. I would reccomend Sugar Beach Resort.

Stay in Kihei

The condo was a perfect home base for our adventures in Maui. It had everything we needed. We were minutes away from shops, restaurants, and amazing beaches. It was nice to be able to go to the on-site restaurant. The condo was a bit dated but very clean. Checking in was easy. We hope to be back again soon!

Nice View, very outdated decor

The view and location are great. The furniture is very outdated. Walls need to be repainted. Worked well for oceanfront location. Suggested would be a ceiling in the bedroom. It got very stuffy in there at night.

Great beach, great condo

The location of this condo was great! Easy access to everywhere. Beach was steps away and perfect for strolls and play time! The pool and hot tub was great. Lots of chairs. BBQ got lits of use every night. Condo had everything we needed (except beach chairs). Parking was easy and close. Great view of the water and boaters. Comfortable bed. Loved how the lanai doors opened all the way up!! Already planning the next trip back!

Beautiful Location

Sugar Beach is a wonderful location, I have stayed here several times in various units. The view from this unit is fantastic. As other reviewers have said, this condo is well stocked with almost everything you need (except salt/pepper shakers). Yes it could use some upgrades but it is still very comfortable. One thing to note is the gnats. You cannot leave the sliding doors open in the evening. The gnats will come right through the screens and they are everywhere! So no ocean breeze in the evening. But this is not the fault of the condo, just be prepared. Pool, jacuzzi, restaurant are all great too. Vety nice stay and I recommend this unit!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location, very quiet and private feeling. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed. The pool was great, beautiful view from the room, just all great things! The door to get in the room and the toilet handle to flush are both a little quirky to use so might need some advice on how to work those, but no biggy once you know how to work it!

Basic Needs

Sugar Beach resorts is an excellent place to be on the island. Very convenient to all the beaches, restaurants west, north and south. The unit is basic. Everything is there that you need except for beach chairs. An umbrella was there but no chairs. The unit needs to be updated with some Hawaiian theme to appreciate that you are in the islands. Had a great time staying at the resort once again.

Phenomenal View, quiet and comfortable

Nice location, a little off the beaten path. Nice amenities, pool, hot tub, deli, tour booking agent onsite. The unit is a tad dated, but has a well-equipped kitchen, nice TV, good bed.

Amazing beachfront room!

This was the perfect space to stay in for our trip. From the ocean views to the amazingly comfortable bed, I can't recommend this room and Sugar Beach Resort highly enough. All instructions and communication were clear, the space sparkling clean, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in the area.
