The Coffee Bar - offers a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 bottles of water, complimentary coffee for your first day (4 K-Cups), paper towels, paper plates/bowels, plastic forks, spoons and knifes. This area provides space for drinks, left overs and the ability to store and prepare simple foods at home! Keep in mind this is not a full kitchen please view photos. (Does not include stove or sink)

The Bathroom - Shower/Tub Combo, Vanity and Toilet

The Laundry Room - Offers A Full Sized Washer and Dryer. You Will Need To Bring Detergent With You.

**This home is a duplex style layout, your rental is located on the ground level of the home. There is a completely separate apartment upstairs. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb so feel free to reach out to us if you would like to rent both spaces!

**There is an exterior security camera on this property.

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN:

- Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the house is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly!

- Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
- The beach is 4 blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive.

IS THERE A GRILL?
- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grills.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
- Beach Towels
- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need
- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide
PET RULES

• Maximum of 2 dogs
• 25-pound weight limit per dog
• Pet fee required
• Pet owners are financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets
• Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property
• Excessive barking is not permitted

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

• Dispose of all food and beverages from the refrigerator and freezer.
• Remove all trash from indoor trash cans and place it in the outdoor trash receptacle.
• Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher before departure to assist our cleaning team with preparing the home for incoming guests.

SECURITY CAMERA

• One exterior security camera is located on the property and monitors the driveway for security purposes only.
