Newly Renovated Small Cottage located on the sound side. Home has a simple modern vibe with an outdoor wood burning fire pit and a hot tub, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Just a 3 min drive to the beach or a public sound access. Road connects to bay drive which is a sound front road hat leads from Kill Devil hills to Kitty Hawk. Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment and more. You don’t want to miss this!

This place was fantastic for my weekend getaway. The house is absolutely beautiful inside, with plenty of space for me and my guest. The house was spotless and smelled delightful. The hot tub was also very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!! I would DEFINITELY rent this property again.

This property was just the right size and excellent location for traveling north or south or going to Manteo or staying right in KDH. Publix grocery very close and Duck Donuts. The hot tub was really nice and clean and very well maintained! Wifi and plenty of TV options for a lazy day. Would highly recommend!

Great little cottage

We loved our stay and the cottage was perfect for us. We got to celebrate our granddaughter’s 10th birthday at the Outer Banks. The cottage could not have met our needs any better! Thanks to the hosts!

Amazing stay

Wonderful hosts! Really went the extra mile to make sure we got inside when our flight was delayed until 2am. The property was amazing and had everything we needed. Would stay there again and again!

Weekend trip

Really gorgeous house with a pretty backyard! Definitely felt very homey! The bathroom/shower was jaw dropping! Would definitely stay again when coming back down! Super close to the beach, and right off the main road so eazy access to anything!

Perfect Spot

Perfect place for a beach getaway

Had a great stay here! The property was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was true to the listing and communication with the hosts was effortless. One thing that turned out to be extremely convenient was the proximity to a grocery store. There's a Publix just a 1 or 2 minute drive away and having such easy access to a grocery store without having to traverse the main highway that runs through OBX was super helpful. There was even a nice restaurant nearby that we could walk to on the bike trail that surrounds the property/neighborhood. Highly recommend. If you're not concerned with staying at a beach front property, this place is perfect.

Cute newly renovated house

This was a very cute newly renovated home. It was located in a nice area. It does have great accommodations as in Jacuzzi, fire pit. The only downside was there was NO privacy. With the pictures posted online it looks like the backyard is fenced in and that is not true. It’s wide-open on both sides of the neighbors. Also there’s no coverings on either porch front or back. So when it’s super hot or if it’s raining you can’t go outside. Also we could not get the grill to work at all. Overall had a great weekend!

When we arrived, there was a card, cupcakes and a bottle wine on the table! Such a sweet gesture! Had an amazing time celebrating my 28th birthday with my family. Great location- close to beach access. Short drive to popular destination spots and restaurants. Clean property. Had an array of extra pillows and blankets, which is always a plus! Just make sure you if you aren’t using the Keurig machine, to bring your own coffee grounds. Also, make sure you pack shampoo/conditioner and body wash! Also, love that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels! Made it SO easy for us. Hot tub was fabulous- just couldn’t figure out how to clear the metal pole-likely user error! Lol A bit awkward but we managed! Thank you so much to our lovely hosts! We will be back with my husband for sure!!!!!!

Loved it!

Nice neighborhood. Clean, cozy & convenient - perfect for couples/small family. Near a fun bike trail that runs along Bay Drive. Hosts could not have been nicer. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Beautiful little place that was absolutely perfect!

This adorable little house was absolutely perfect for what we needed! It was immaculately clean, and the decor and layout had a minimalist uncluttered European feel that is very calming. The owners were very attentive and thoughtful - I highly recommend staying here, and hope to again myself!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in this super comfy home for a long OBX weekend! The hosts were responsive and respectful. The home was super clean when we arrived and the neighborhood is very quiet. Everything you need is just a short drive away but walking and bicycle riding are made easy since there is a pedestrian road right out front! I cant imagine anything that would've made this stay better. Need to shoutout to the neighbor Walter for being super nice and welcoming!
