This condo has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! LOW 3rd FLOOR CONDO! Amazing Ocean Views! This condo has one of the best views in Sands Beach Club. Great kitchen area for socializing. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Sands Beach Club (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a LOW floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has 1 queen bed, 2 Twins and 1 Sleeper Sofa and can sleep up to 6. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with hot tubs! There is also a private gym and tennis court! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

Quick overnight stay on the beach

Well worth the money! The unit was not in perfect shape but was very clean, included 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a beautiful view! Loved the balcony overlooking the beach, and quietness of the location. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was emailing copies of my identification and credit card along with a picture of myself, but they allowed me to show them in person. I truly appreciated the ability to text them and their quick responses. Will definitely be back for another stay!

First negative review ever

I have rented with vrbo for years.. this will be my first negative review. The Condo itself is nice but in need of repairs and a deep clean.. sliding door handle broken, inside lock to the front door was completely broken..wood rotting in the kitchen, blinds broken/missing, floor stained from not being cleaned properly. The location and view was wonderful. Will never deal with Big Fish Rentals again. I specifically asked about the leaks mentioned in the prior review and was told they were fixed. Upon arrival plumbers were there fixing leaks. Plumbers told me they were trying to get out before we arrived. Big Fish was just going to hide that fact. They also sent a text after booking that that someone would be coming for a balcony inspection.. they offered to have someone come fix and clean but who wants people in and out while your on vacation. It is clear they have not been out to see the condo in some time. Pictures listed are old, there are no rugs now in multiple places.. different kitchen table etc. Big fish also requires a ridiculous amount of verification. You have to send a selfie with your drivers license and your credit card. PLUS a signed piece of paper. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company!

Avoid this unit and Big Fish Rentals!

This was our third stay in this complex, which we like. Unfortunately, the previous condo we stayed 2 other times wasn’t available so we chose this one. This unit itself was okay, but the rental company, Big Fish Rentals, is terrible to deal with! Their check in process is ridiculous (have to send photo of license, credit card and a selfie holding both!) and they primarily communicate via texting. It’s very difficult to get someone on the phone. On our third day we awoke to a huge puddle in the living room. The HOA crew came quickly, but they had to call in a plumber. We thought the problem was solved until we had a leak in the master bathroom sink 2 days later. Big Fish maintenance came this time and I’m not sure what they did, but there was another leak in that same sink the next day. (Water pouring from the drain). Again, Big Fish maintenance came out and did something, but it didn’t seem to fix the problem. We came home to soaking wet towels and a blower trying to dry the leak. We were there for 6 days, but 3 of them we had plumbing issues. The unit itself is nice but could use some attention: we couldn’t figure out the TV system in the living room, which is different from the bedroom, the blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced, the sliding door to the balcony doesn’t lock, the door to the utility closet was off the hinges and just leaning there. We will not return to this unit, and will NEVER rent a unit that utilizes Big Fish Rentals to manage the property.

Amazing Views!

The unit had very comfortable furniture and cute decor. The sunrise in the mornings were beautiful and we saw dolphins almost every day. We were close to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

GREAT LOCATION!

We took four grandchildren for a beach trip and this condo was perfect! Beachfront and this unit is right at the elevator, which was very convenient. Kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals in. It was a nice surprise that the beach was not overcrowded, and there is an inlet to a creek that the kids had fun playing in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little condo… We had plenty of room with four people… Beautiful view of the ocean with elevator accessible.. pool was a little sketchy though..

Great location

We absolutely loved the sandy white and semi-private beach. The pool was nice as well. I know this isn't your fault but there is a cockroach problem at this facility. I probably killed at least 5 huge ones including one in the hall right outside our unit. Thankfully there were none inside our unit. I would recommend as a courtesy to your clients that if you have a Kurig in the kitchen to maybe include some complimentary K cups as well. Overall we had a great time.

This property was clean and ready for us! Decorated nicely with extra towels. Towels were gray so they had others fade marks, white towels might be easier to clean. The towels were fluffy though! I love that there were 2 beach chairs for our use. 4 chairs would have been ideal for a 2 bedroom that sleeps 5 people. Communication was spot on. I would def recommend this property.
