The house is undoubtedly located in one of Dieulefit’s best neighborhoods: right in the center, yet just a little way removed from city traffic.
Everything is within walking distance: shops, the pedestrian street, the market, the swimming pool, and the art galleries.

The Apartment
This three-level apartment features a beautiful living area on the second floor: an east-facing living-dining room opening onto the kitchen, two bedrooms, a 19m² terrace, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A beautiful stone staircase leads to the other two bedrooms on the first and third floors.

The property can accommodate up to 7 people with:
- A double bed in bedroom #1 (13.5 m²)
- Two single beds in bedroom #2 (12 m²). These two 0.70 beds can easily be pushed together to form a 140-cm double bed.
- two single beds in bedroom #3 (10 m²). These two 0.80 beds can be pushed together to form a 160 cm double bed
- one single bed in a large, open “attic” room measuring 34 m²
The living room also features a double sofa bed.

The 19 m² terrace, facing west (toward the setting sun), adds a pleasant living space with no direct neighbors across the way. It overlooks a garage below, which is not noisy.

Like most townhouses in Dieulefit, this home features a beautiful stone staircase leading to all the rooms, including the living area on the second floor.

Guest access
The house is located in the center of Dieulefit, on Place Brun-Larochette. You’ll have no trouble finding parking right nearby. During your stay, everything is within walking distance from the house: Rue du Bourg with its many shops and galleries, the municipal swimming pool, hiking in the surrounding mountains, the plane tree-lined avenue, and its pétanque court...

You’ll have the entire house to yourself, and check-in is self-service, ensuring complete independence.

Out of respect for all guests, we ask that the house be kept SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE.
