We had a great time! The location is awesome and communication with the host was efficient. The only complaint (and this is not really a complaint) is that the size of the secondary rooms is a little small. Overall, it was great and we would definitely stay here again with a group!

Spent a few nights here with friends and family. Many great hangout spots within walking distance and ample space for at the property for larger groups. Accessing the property was quick and easy and made for a great trip.

Great location and spacious

Listing has lots of room and the area has lots to do in walking distance. Communication was mostly good. Towel freshness could be better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Family Trip

The property was amazing, the host did not miss on offerings of amenities. From the decor, the property layout, all receive five stars. My only negative comment is the noise level caused by surrounding businesses.

Great Cubs Get Away

Great space for entertaining. So close to the park and restaurants. The space was great and very well appointed. A bit loud late a night, but too be expected given the location. We would rent again as it was perfect for a Cubs friends and family celebration.

While some of the outdoor amenities were older and non-operable, you cannot beat this location if you are a Cubs fan. Great spot for a large family. The property on the whole is very well kept up and clean. We hope to return in the future.

Great location & amazing space!

This space was perfect for our main meeting house while my team was in town. The kitchen is stocked, the outdoor space was great, and it was the perfect location. Quick to respond to any issues or questions, parking was a bit of an issue but that was because of a home game at Wrigley.

Festive Holiday Location

Fabulous accommodations! Beautifully appointed and so comfortable. This is a great location for our young adult children and their spouses. It is a late night hot spot, with a lot of bars and activities. If you are looking for a quiet place, you may want to consider missing out on this amazing property. This is our second stay and we look forward to being back next year to visit our Chicago family.

Perfect Set Up for Groups

We were in town with family to celebrate a special event that included a Cubs game. The location could not have been better to enjoy walking distance to all Wrigley has to offer. We also hosted a small pre-game event and the kitchen is perfected suited and stocked for catering. Our guests were amazed by the rooftop deck. Beautiful home in a great location!

The Best Way to Experience Wrigleyville!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It has wonderful amenities and stunning views. Everything we needed was provided and the property was spotless. The roof deck can't be beat and the location right next to Wrigley made it such a fun atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process were very easy. If you want to spend a few days going to Cubs games, or if you want to just experience a great Chicago neighborhood, I would highly recommend this property!

Awesome gathering space

Friends and family gathered to celebrate the St. Patrick's festivities. We had a great time going out on the river and parade and even though it was cold, we enjoyed the open spaces. It was also very convenient to great restaurants and pubs as well as shopping in walking distrance (Southport Ave). It was great long weekend and we hope to rent again in the spring time.

Absolutely amazing!

Everything about this house is awesome! The roof was so much fun before and after the Cubs games, the kitchen area was a great space to hang out together, and the bathrooms were top notch. The house has 7 actual beds, so if you have a group of more than 7, you’ll have to share beds or bring some air mattresses. I recommend this house, it’s the best VRBO I have ever stayed at.

Team Meeting

Amazing location with plenty of space and amenities to accommodate a family or any get together. Our team of 4 was able to have a productive meeting, cook meals, and hang out in the evening both inside and out. Being able to prepare meals and not eat in saved money and time. If you choose to hit the bars and restaurants the space is located right in the middle of plenty options. The audio/video set up is great which made the hang-out time much better. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, but unit needs some TLC

We stayed at Holy Cow while in between houses in the area. 2 adults, 3 kids. Pros: awesome space and view of wrigley. This would be an ideal location for a bachelor/ette party, group of friends in town for a game or show. Obviously close to wrigley, bars, restaurants. Cons: 1. Canes is way noisier than we expected. 2. The unit wasn’t what we are used to at this price point- budget paper products, dirty/scratched up pots and pans, discolored bath towels, sheets and blankets just didn’t feel/look clean (they clearly just wash them in house), etc. 3. The parking spot is 6 blocks away…Again, this would be an awesome spot for some 20 something’s looking for a group trip, but it didn’t fit the bill for a family looking for a 5* staycation.

nice facility but need updates

nice modern looking 2nd floor place with appealing vibe. lets us do late check out. all appliances and ice box were nice. these few things need attention: TV remotes don't work. Parking is too far. garbage should have been empty before our arrival expired milk in the fridge neighboring restaurant and neighborhood in general is very noisy until 3 am, limiting your sleep. over priced for the amenities that were present. was hoping a solution from the owner/manager to non-working TV remotes and not an excuse.

User error on TV Remotes. Each TV has its own individual remote, however this party had remotes from all TVs in the living room.
