- No unregistered guests allowed on property.

*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out (if available):
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.
Fees help us maintain a seamless schedule for our cleaning team and ensure the best stay experience for all guests.

Minut Device
The unit is equipped with a Minut device that monitors noise, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and the number of Bluetooth devices entering the unit.
This device only helps prevent parties and maintain respect for neighbors. It does not record audio or video.

The owner lives on the property.
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay — just please treat the space as you would your own home.

Guest Verification – Truvi
To comply with short-term rental rules, all guests must complete verification through Truvi.
You’ll receive an email or text from Truvi with instructions. The process includes a selfie, ID check, safety screening, and e-signing the rental agreement.

This must be completed within 3 days of booking.
If not completed within 3 days, your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will reopen.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
-If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
-If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
-Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
