Welcome to Arizona! Enjoy this cozy and comfortable Arizona Themed vacation rental that is perfect for a vacation get-a-way, staycation, or a work trip. Centrally located to Downtown Gilbert, Downtown Chandler, Downtown Mesa, Tempe, many restaurants, sports, golf, events, hiking/biking/walking trails, shopping and more.

This is a welcoming 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate up to 4 people. Master bedroom features a pillow top King Size bed and Sleeper Sofa features a memory foam Queen Size mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Unit is next to the pool with easy access to the pool gate. Community has 2 pools/spas and green lush landscape. Split Bathroom offers a walk in shower with the counter and sink area being separate so multiple people can use the facilities at the same time. Unit comes with 1 covered parking space and 1 uncovered parking space.

-Desk and desk chair for a comfortable work space

**Sleeper Sofa & Notes: extra bedding for the sleeper sofa will only be available at the condo when you verify that it will be needed. Please verify if you have more than 2 people staying in the unit so the Sleeper Sofa can be set up properly with bedding and that the appropriate amount of bath towels can be provided.

Condo was nice and exactly as shown. No issues checking in and Megan was great to work with. Good location too. We could get to downtown Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale / Phoenix with no issues. Only wish was that the pool was heated. Otherwise, great place to stay for a couple!

The host was very helpful. We loved this condo it was perfect for us. Very clean great location.The only thing the host should probably have looked at is the clothes dryer—it did not seem to be heating up to dry the clothes.

This is an EXCELLENT accommodation! The Mesa condo is in great shape and located centrally to a LOT of things. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties and this one is at the top of the list. For two people, spending two weeks, it was just what we were looking for. The property provides just about everything one would need. Towels are plentiful and lush. The king size bed is VERY comfortable. There is a large closet off the master that accommodates loads of hanging clothes and luggage storage. The HVAC works well. The nice art on the walls makes the place feels “homey”. The condo is steps away from the complex pool and Jacuzzi, but you do not hear any noise. If you like to grill, the condo does not have a grill and there is no central complex grill area. Neighbors have been friendly. We would certainly stay here again!!

This was a cozy, comfortable place to stay. Loved the painted patio for our mornings. Had everything we needed and the owner was easy to contact and gracious when we had an issue with checkout. We also really appreciated the covered parking spot!

We loved the location of this property. It was very close to where we had everything planned. Quiet location. Pool was very cold and hot tub was about what you would expect the pool to be temperature wise. But overall we were very satisfied.

Little Bit of Paradise!

Thank you Megen, your vacation home was perfect for us! We enjoyed the central location and every one we met in the condo complex was very friendly and helpful. We wish the pool would have been heated, but the hot tub was great!! We stayed 28 days and it had everything we needed!! Already excited to return!!

We will be back!

We stayed there for 24 nights so we got a good feel for the property and area. The condo was very comfortable, well maintained, easily accessible and quiet. It was very relaxing. The mural on the patio was very festive. The location was centrally located to many amenities. It felt safe. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Lovely Condo, Great Location

The condo in Mesa is in the perfect location with many choices of restaurants close by. The condo has everything you’d need to include a washer and dryer. The owner was always very quick to answer when we needed to communicate. I hope we’ll be able to stay again.

Great condo!

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Close to amenities and great restaurants. Sadly the pool and jacuzzi heaters were not working so that was very disappointing. Megen was available for questions or concerns and responded quickly. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Home base for AZ

We used this condo as our base for visiting various locations around Phoenix. It was perfect for our down days. Wish the pool was heated as that would have been perfect. Megen was responsive to all our questions and concerns.

Everything was very nice, didn't get to use the pool because weather wasn't warm enough, but weather was perfect for golfing and hiking. Really enjoyed the area. The only complaint I would have is the Toilet is too short, should have a taller one.(personal preference). thank you for the great service. Would recommend to a friend. thanks

Perfect place for our extended holiday!

I searched VBRO for the perfect location for our month long vacation and we found it with Megen. She was always available to answer any questions we had. The condo was very clean and stylishly decorated with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The unit was located right across from the pool and hot tub and the location of the condo was within walking distance from many dining and eateries. The kitchen had all utensils and dishes and cookware to make it easy to make lunches and meals if we wished. All and all we had an awesome time and would not hesitate to rent from Megen again.

2 Week Stay

The property and the apartment are well maintained, overall very quiet, we enjoyed. It has fairly easy access to highways and is close to weekend happenings in Chandler...check out the dinning and two live theaters there. The apartment complex is surrounded by residential and commercial areas, not a location in which to hike or walk, you will need to drive half hour or more to get walking, hiking or tourist areas. If you are looking for open space this is not it. The location offers no hint you are in a desert area. Be extra careful driving, especially watch out for over-size speeding, rude pickup truck drivers, I have never in my life experienced so many high speed and careless drivers, so just be careful.
