Riverview is a riverfront retreat right on the San Juan. Quiet and quaint location close to town. Walk to the hot springs, local shops, galleries, theater, festivals, 4th of July fun and restaurants. Bike or stroll on the nature trail and hike Reservoir Hill. The covered river deck is inviting for entertaining, watching wildlife, barbecuing and relaxing.
Best views of San Juan. Tubing and fishing access.
Pagosa boasts a desirable four seasons.

A great place for a weekend away

We loved sitting on the decks for coffee or meals and watching the deer across the river. Easy access to town. Super comfortable and very well stocked for a great stay.

Lovely Pagosa Condo

Wake up and drink coffee on the terrace overlooking the river. Birdwatching, bike riding, swimming, fishing, all walking distance with easy access to downtown and restaurants. Lovely stay!

Perfect location with beautiful view!

Beth was great to communicate with. This property was the best location right on the river. Could not have asked for a better view! The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Spring break ski trip with the family

We loved the homes proximity to downtown Pagosa Springs, the lovely sound of the river flowing right behind us & the river walk trail. The home had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable & cook dinners when we wanted to stay in. Having the garage access was a nice bonus for the snow night. The drive to Wolf Creek Ski was an easy 30 min drive from the townhome. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Riverside Retreat with Easy Access to Downtown and Hot Springs

One of the highlights was the stunning view across the San Juan River and surrounding wetlands. Waking up to the serene sounds of the river and watching the wildlife from the back deck was incredibly relaxing. Everything is as advertised. Great location for restaurants, hot springs, shopping. My wife walked to downtown one day while we went to Wolf Creek. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

Beth’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The kiddos loved their bunk beds and it was so convenient to have a bathroom right off their room! It was also so nice to be able to walk to downtown and enjoy the crisp weather. Thanks so much Beth!

Lovely

Really lovely setting overlooking the river. We liked to watch the ducks and fly fishers. A little far for being “walkable” to town with a little one but doable. Very well stocked with games and towels and bedding which was nice to see, and a well stocked kitchen where everything was actually clean (not so in every VRBO I’ve been in). Comfortable and bright. My suggestions: a deep clean for things like baseboards and carpeting, check the fireplaces are working (main bedroom was not), non-corded blinds (the cord length for little ones is a hazard), and new mattresses. The main bed mattress was extremely soft, to the point of leaving indentations when we got up. Our backs were in bad shape after a couple nights. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay and we appreciated the little touches…especially the binder of instructions!

Birthday Trip

Great location! Fell asleep listening to the river with bedroom window open. Walk along river trail to resorts and restaurants. Lots of outdoor space in the condo. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Host very responsive to communications. Loved our stay.

On my way to move out to California from the east coast, I stopped to visit a family friend. I loved the area so much that I stayed. That was decades ago. We are addicted to these mountains and can’t imagine ever leaving.

We believe Pagosa Springs is absolutely beautiful and the locals are very friendly. Pagosa has so many activities and hiking opportunities. The reason we love Riverview is that it is right on the San Juan with views of the San Juan mountains and a nature preserve right at our doorstep. We loved that we could walk to the hot springs or the many downtown shops and restaurants.
