Riverview is a riverfront retreat right on the San Juan. Quiet and quaint location close to town. Walk to the hot springs, local shops, galleries, theater, festivals, 4th of July fun and restaurants. Bike or stroll on the nature trail and hike Reservoir Hill. The covered river deck is inviting for entertaining, watching wildlife, barbecuing and relaxing.
Best views of San Juan. Tubing and fishing access.
Pagosa boasts a desirable four seasons.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Beth was very responsive as a host. I will add the caveat that walking to most sites is not an easy option unless you are really into walking. Driving worked fine for our outings to town. We recommend this townhome as a great option when visiting Pagosa Springs.

Condo was very conveniently located - walking distance to town for coffee and restaurants, and walking distance to some great pickleball courts and a bike rental shop. The condo was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and a great back porch right on the river with stunning mountain views. Beth was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She has an excellent information book with everything you need to know about the condo and around town. Overall, this was a great place to spend a week in Pagosa Springs.

A great place for a weekend away

We loved sitting on the decks for coffee or meals and watching the deer across the river. Easy access to town. Super comfortable and very well stocked for a great stay.

The location of the townhouse is great with beautiful river and mountain views. The house is spacious and well equipped. It was clean, inviting, and cozy. The property owner was responsive. We highly recommend this townhouse and plan to return!

Wake up and drink coffee on the terrace overlooking the river. Birdwatching, bike riding, swimming, fishing, all walking distance with easy access to downtown and restaurants. Lovely stay!

On my way to move out to California from the east coast, I stopped to visit a family friend. I loved the area so much that I stayed. That was decades ago. We are addicted to these mountains and can’t imagine ever leaving.

We believe Pagosa Springs is absolutely beautiful and the locals are very friendly. Pagosa has so many activities and hiking opportunities. The reason we love Riverview is that it is right on the San Juan with views of the San Juan mountains and a nature preserve right at our doorstep. We loved that we could walk to the hot springs or the many downtown shops and restaurants.
