Oceanside fully remodeled home with new furniture. Only 4 houses to the beach!

You and your family will love our beach home. Fully remodeled with brand new and super comfortable furniture and bedding, large kitchen with white marble countertops, commercial-grade oven, oversized refrigerator, and wine/drink mini-fridge. Upgraded luxurious bathrooms. Elevator. Surround sound speaker system throughout the house. Large decks including a rooftop deck with comfortable furniture and amazing sunset views. Beautifully appointed main living room with an open floor plan. Additional family room on the ground level with a very comfortable large sectional sofa and a large TV (think kids gathering room :-))) Two large outside showers. Nice outside sitting arrangement with a stone gas fire pit. Walking distance to Brant Beach Yacht Club. We provide 8 beach badges and beach chairs. No linens/towels/paper products are provided. Our rental week runs from Friday to Friday, so our guests could spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic.
Enjoy your days on the beach which is only steps away, come back and relax in our comfortable home, pour your favorite glass of wine and enjoy our amazing rooftop deck sunset views! What can be more relaxing?

Great vacation house

This is our second time at this wonderful place. Our favorites: the “reading” chairs, doing puzzles at the big table, dinners outside, stargazing on the roof deck and of course the very short walk to the beach. Location in Brant Beach is also outstanding. Highly recommend.

This home is beautiful. The open concept kitchen,dining and living area was wonderful. So family friendly. The outdoor space was also amazing. Also, being only four houses from the beach was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again ♥️

Great Location; Beautiful Home

The home is beautifully updated and has all amenities. Homeowners communication was spot on. Great neighborhood that supported LBI vacationers! Beach at Brant Beach is gorgeous; not so wide. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful home, great owners

This home was wonderful and had everything we needed. Spacious, clean, uncluttered and close to stores and the beach. Best of all, the owners were accommodating and great to work with. If our schedules work we are hoping to return!

Best beach house yet

Perfect location, down the block from the beach entrance and around the corner from an excellent small market. Spacious and well-designed house, with lots of outdoor space, places to relax, and that elevator you didn’t know you needed. Responsive and patient owners: Kevin and Viktorya couldn’t have been more helpful. They really wanted us to have a great vacation at their house — and we did!

Perfect LBI getaway

Can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. The pictures don't do it justice. Easy check in and out. Great location with a beautiful quiet beach at the end of the block Hosts are easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend

Great house

Great location near the beach with lots of space. The interior was welcoming and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the roof decks. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect! The neighborhood was lovely and the beach was so close. The house was super clean and the open floor plan made it great for cooking/eating/hanging out all together in a big group. Also loved the balconies and fire pit. The owners were super responsive and helpful and overall we had a great time.
