Our town home is on pilings with an outdoor shower and grill beneath the unit. Two parking spots are alongside the home. Home has a roof top deck with gorgous views and is an affordable beauty in Brant Beach, LBI. Located in the Brant Beach Yacht Club area, walk just 8 houses to the beach and 8 houses to the bay. The home was built following Hurricane Sandy and offers central AC, washer/dryer, kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters, living room, wifi, 2 bedrooms (a queen and a set of bunk beds), 1.5 baths, grill, patio set, outdoor shower, roof top deck, two complimentary beach badges, and 2 parking spots. We are about a 8-10 minute ride to Fantasy Island (the rides), a short walk from a restaurant called "Daddy-O's", and a bike ride away from lots of shops/take out restaurants/ice cream stores etc.. This is a great place to stay in beautiful LBI! Bring/rent a paddle board and drop it in the bay, just 8 houses away! Note: Most summer weeks are Fri-Fri. Check out is by 11 am to allow for the cleaning crew to get ready for the next tenant.

Family fun vacation

Was a beautiful place and enough room for myself and 4 “kids” ranging in age from 14-20. The bay was down the street and the beach a quick 10 minute walk. Loved the top deck for beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Happy Place in Brant Beach

Second time staying at this great, perfect nook in Brant Beach. Very satisfied with the place again even with the not so great weather. Plenty to keep you occupied in town as well as in the house. If the weather is great, spend the time on the rooftop of the gorgeous view of the bay. LBI is what I call my happy place and this house has now extended into that. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Makes for a great beach trip

Exactly as described. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. Home is new, very clean and comfortable. Not a negative but worth noting it is one steep flight to the main floor of the house, another flight to the bedrooms and another flight to the roof deck, which has great views. While the home is nicely decorated, there is a lot of stuff. We have one young child so not sure it will be for us in a year or two as we would need to put lots of decorations away. The home adjoins another townhome. Great option for a fair price. Super convenient and makes for a great beach trip.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well maintained. James and Nicole were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.One of the best parts was the location. It was just minutes from the beach and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an outstanding host and a perfect location!
