Quiet Home in Cape May along the Bay

Come enjoy our home located only a few steps away from the beach with a large front porch, two screened in decks (one on each level), 2 living rooms (one on each floor), five bedrooms, three bathrooms plus outdoor shower, office and views of the bay from multiple rooms. Located in Town Bank, a quiet community just north of the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and within proximity to the Washington Mall, Sunset Beach, Cape May Point, and Wildwood.

No pets allowed. Guests must leave the home in the same condition as they found it and abide by all house rules. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Please note: security cameras are on property.

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very responsive to our needs; the place matches the photos and is immaculately clean. The house is well-appointed and a one minute walk to the beach. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great for young families

I'm tempted to give this stay a terrible review so I can keep this place to myself! The house is great. The layout is perfect for families, tons of space, lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. The house is a stone throw from the beach and comes with all of the beach accessories you could need. We went with (2) 1 year olds and (1) 3 year old and it was perfect for them.

Felt like a home

Hosts did a nice job of providing the extras needed for a home base. Comfortable stay. We had a little rental car issue on check out day and the host made a generous offer to help us out. We got it taken care of but their made the call to offer help as well. Kindness wins the day. Thank you.

Clean, well-appointed house perfect for families

The house was very clean and spacious, well-appointed with all linens provided and plenty of cookware and dishes. We had a minor issue with the outdoor grill, which was promptly resolved by the property manager. Check-in and check-out procedures were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Location was quiet but close to everything, easy to drive or bike to all points of interest, with a maybe 1-2 min walk to bayside beach. Plenty of room for families to spread out. Sitting out on the front porch was delightful! Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at this house exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Mary, our host, was proactive in communicating before and during our stay. She was also very responsive when we reached out to her. Our family (including grandparents and children ages 3-8) all enjoyed our experience and would be happy to return for another stay in the future.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

I stayed with my two girlfriends and their teenage children. All together there were nine of us and the house was spacious enough for all and super clean. Brand new everything. The beds and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the location, walked to the bay for sunset every night. Nice quiet neighborhood. Front porch was lovely and breezy, screened in porches out back were private and peaceful. Only a 15 minute drive to Cape May beaches and town. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family!

Pictures don't do it justice

This place exceeded our expectations by far. It is EXTREMELY close to the bay beach which is so relaxing and has the most beautiful sunsets. You can see the water from the screened in porches (one on each level) so you can watch the sunset directly from the house. It is stunning. The house itself looks like it was recently remodeled or built and has beautiful high-end features. Nothing in the house was built cheaply like some other VRBOs we have stayed in. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

My family and I have come down to Cape May for years and we’ve found that we really like staying by the Bayside. We love the peace and quiet of the area and know how close it is to everything we love about Cape May. This home is perfectly situated close to the bay with great views. It has two porches a beautiful backyard and a wonderful layout for a family with kids. Our host Mary was beyond helpful during our stay and we got to meet some friendly neighbors as well! Great home!!

Great family vacation rental!

This house is beautiful and very comfortable. The upstairs area is great for kids and our kids loved having their own space complete with books and toys. It’s a very short walk to the beach - a non crowded beach that is good for kids. One morning we saw a bunch of dolphins and some schools of fish all rom the beach. The adults especially loved having coffee on the front porch in the morning and drinks on the back porch at night. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet, family friendly home in walking distance to beach

We spent three nights at this lovely home on the Delaware Bay side of Cape May. The owner Mary was responsive to questions beforehand and during our stay. When a problem occurred she responded quickly and her property managers, Renee and Matt were friendly and helpful in solving the issue. There were toys, books and games available for our 2 year old and 5 year old grandchildren, beach towels and chairs for our use at the beach, and an outdoor shower for cleaning off sandy feet after exploring the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities for cooking your own meals. We would definitely stay here again if we traveled to Cape May!

Very lovely home in quiet neighborhood and 2 minute slow walk to sand and ocean bay!

Beautiful and extremely clean home in quiet area next to the calm waters of the bay. Would getaway here again! Communication was great and thoughtful. Front porch and screened in porches to relax on (you could see the bay and sunsets). Everything you need available!
