You'll be able to walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9, as well as a wealth of restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots on Main Street in the heart of town.

This third-floor condo (accessed by elevator) is a grand and inviting space, with lofty peaked ceilings, elements of richly hued wood throughout, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains framed by large windows. The open kitchen is accented by stainless steel appliances, plentiful cabinet and counter space, and an island with plush bar seats for four. Enjoy your meals at the dining table by the window, bring your coffee outside to the bistro table on the balcony, and spend your evenings piled on the leather sectional sofa with the gas fireplace roaring and a favorite movie playing on the flatscreen TV. Other features include free WiFi throughout the condo, a private washer/dryer, and such fantastic on-site amenities as an outdoor pool, hot tubs, gas grills, and a firepit.

Great location! Beautiful place!

Very spacious for larger group! Clean! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Really liked being able to walk everywhere or take the free trolley. Hot tubs to gym to pool was perfect! Management always ready to help! Would stay here again!

Annual Friends Ski Trip

The condo was spacious and nice. It had great access to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The hot tubs were a longer than expected distance from the condo. We had 3 couples and the bunk beds weren’t great for the couple that had to sleep on those. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Large Condo

We are a family of four, so we each had plenty of space. Bedrooms are all a generous size and each of the 3 full baths had double sinks. Lots of windows and balconies and the kitchen/living space was more than adequate and had everything we needed. We could have easily fit more people with us. I would book this condo again, as the location is convenient.

Great location

We enjoyed our week in Breckenridge….condo was well located for all of the activities my family enjoyed. A few improvements to the unit would have made it even better…the lighting definitely needs a boost, the bathrooms are dark and there was only one lamp in the living room. The kitchen needed some storage containers and an additional frying pan and several of the blinds were broken. Those things aside, we had a great trip!

Beautiful, spacious condo overlooking Main Street

This unit is very spacious with two master suites and another full bedroom and full bathroom. The dining area overlooks Main Street (looking right at Breckenridge Brewery & Pub) so be aware of the road noise, especially during the times of year when you would want to open the windows. The balcony off the living room looks over a nice wooded area. The master bedroom has its own large balcony overlooking Main Street. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with the basics for cookware and serving. The beds are very comfortable. After staying in 11 other units at Water House, this is one of our favorites!

Spacious in a great location, but a little worn.

This unit is great for the most part. It is quite large and has a good layout. The location is great for walking to town and lifts and use of the pool, hot tubs, onsite theater room, and parking are welcome amenities. It would be nice to be able to have two parking spaces for a three bedroom unit. The unit could use some furniture updates. The bunk bed in the third bedroom is noisy and shakes; It needs replacing. Some other furniture in the unit could use updating too. We have stayed here twice, so the needed improvements wasn't enough to keep us from coming back. Overall I think this unit is a good value given the size and location.

Living areas are uncomfortable and dated. Kitchen lacking skillets, hot pads, and utensils. Shades aren't working and lacked many light bulbs. Space was large enough for a couple of families but parking only for 1 car.

As described - close to the slopes and town.

Water House #5310 was as described and pictured, with 3 BR and 3 Full Bath. It is walking distance to Peak 9 Base, and to downtown Breckenridge. Underground parking was a plus. The kitchen area was well appointed, (though the coffee machine is in need of an upgrade). Rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels for our stay. Some of the furniture was a bit worn and not all of the blinds were operational. The fireplace did not work. Check-in was a breeze and everyone we encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Breck Stay!

Overall a good experience. Plenty of room in the condo. Beautiful views and location. Few things of disappointment were. 1/2 bathroom shower kept backing up, wifi did not work and nether did the fire place. Again overall a good stay.

Great location to town, shirt walk to base of peak 9. Some missing things in condo that would’ve made stay easier (seasoning, larger baking pans, more toilet paper, ect). Condo was clean but not the cleanest but would consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. It is very comfortable, with plenty of room for 6 adults. Only disappointing thing is the spaces are very dark with limited lighting.
