This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located in the quiet Columbine neighborhood with quick access to downtown Breckenridge, as well as the base of Peak 9, via the Breckenridge free ride bus route located just steps out the front door.
Upon entry into the beautiful, newly remodeled townhome, you are quickly greeted with natural light, stunning modern furnishes, and cozy mountain decor. Enjoy a gourmet, open kitchen and living area that provides wooded views as well as access to the private deck. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, modern flooring and stone built fireplace are just some of features that make the main floor space cozy.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed as well as access to the primary bathroom suite, and the second bedroom offers a queen bedroom also with access to its own bathroom. Other amazing amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, free parking for 2 vehicles, and ski locker.
You will not be disappointed staying at this stunning townhome during the magical winter ski days, or the gorgeous warm summer days, that Breckenridge has to offer.

Great location and a nice condo! It needs more towels for guests and the patio was not clean when we got there with trash from a previous guest. The bathroom tub in the bottom floor did not drain properly either, but no major issues and would stay again.

This was our first time in Breck and we loved it! The check in/out was very easy process. The home was in a great location. The only issues we had were that it seemed dark in the home and some of the lights did not work (living room fan & back porch). Also we were a group of 7 and at shower time the hot water ran out a little too quick. Some of the sliding blinds in the master bedroom were also broken so privacy was a little issue. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice property in great location. A few minor issues, like some outlets not working, no bathroom on main level, and garage did not fit our Yukon XL vehicle, but overall good stay and would come back.

Great location to town and tucked away in cute neighborhood. Great hot tub. Outdated condo. Continuous loud barking dogs next door were seriously annoying on a vacation stay. Anytime we moved on deck they barked. Considering offseason and outdated state of condo, think it was way oversold on line and over priced.

There were stains that resembled blood on multiple duvets, and on one of the twin beds there was a chunk of hair. The porch light by the hot tub didn’t work and multiple blinds were broken in the primary bedroom. Also the management company, Great Western Lodging, is only open until 5pm while check in is at 4. That means if you run into any issues after an hour at your place (like we did - they didn’t give us the garage code and we needed to park in there), you either have no help or need to contact the emergency line.

The property itself was nice. Were disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning and had been broke for approx a month. Wish we were told this as our choice of this property was made because of having a private hot tub. The outside gas grill also was not functioning and we had planned on using that feature also.
