Beautiful Farmhouse Guest Home

Beautifully renovated farmhouse guest apartment with bright lighting, newly updated bathroom and bedroom and kitchenette. Complete with separate entrance from the locked off main house, this luxurious stay is the perfect getaway for couples or travelers looking for an exceptionally beautiful escape. Minutes from downtown Logan and USU. Quiet neighborhood on a private drive. Good country feel without being out in the middle of nowhere. This beautiful space will make you feel home away from home.

Aside from the room, kitchenette and bathroom guests are invited to use the yard to further enjoy their stay. We have set things so that for the first 2 guests there is the main bed and then we have a twin mattress to accommodate a 3rd guest. As part of our cleaning fees, we provide enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of the overall space. With an elegant walk-in shower as well as WiFi, desk and comfy accent chairs, and kitchenette, table and bench to enjoy your goodies and refreshments, this cozy space offers you everything you need to have an exceptional getaway . We are 5 miles from center street in Logan, and 7.3 miles from USU campus, and only 22 miles from Cherry Peak Ski Resort.

Other things to note:

The extra twin mattress may be available for an extra $10 if there are only two guests. Approval must be obtained more than 24 hours in advance.

A pack and play crib is available free of charge for your little one under the age of 2 if requested in advance.

We have a friendly white lab who we allow in our house, however she is never allowed in the Airbnb room nor do we allow any other visiting pets in the room.

This apartment is attached to the rest of our home. It has its own private, separate coded entrance and private space completely locked off and separate from the rest of the house.

Clean, comfy and friendly room for our 5 day hiking trip near Logan Canyon

Hubby and I stayed here for 5 nights as we explored the Logan Canyon area and nearby. It was the perfect place for us as we made wraps to take in cooler for our lunches on hikes, and we grilled each dinner. The family is really sweet and friendly and their dog is precious. My hubby has a severe dog dander allergy but this pup was well trained to keep away unless invited and isn’t allowed in the room. The location is in a neighborhood and not near town but groceries are close by. The bed was very comfortable which is just never the case! The kitchenette works well for 2 people and minimal food prep. I used the hot plate once for scrambled eggs and it was slow to heat up but worked. The fridge is bigger than typical dorm size. No garbage disposal but easy to clean off dishes into trash can. The only gadgets I missed having in the kitchen were tongs and a whisk. I stored leftover food in the lunchmeat containers we bought and one of the plastic bowls they have. Thx for the fresh apples on the tree in back! French doors on one wall (the private entrance into the room) and large window on another lets lots of light in and offer air flow. The throws in the pail were very appreciated. Hubby placed his suitcase on floor since we used the table and bench for eating and some of our stuff. We wished somehow there were a small couch or more comfy chairs to crash out on after long days. The bathroom is large and really nice as there is a closet in which I put my suitcase, and double sinks on a large vanity plus the toilet and shower are in their own room. We used the pink candles as nightlight in the bathroom. Grateful for the toiletries in the shower and a notch in the wall for my razor and soap. Loved the horses whinnying outside! Can’t say enough!

Great little place!

This property was perfect for me and my husband! We went to to parents weekend at USU And needed a place to rest our heads! We didn’t spend a ton of time there, mostly just slept. Super comfortable and the hosts have thought of EVERYTHING!

Cozy and close to town

Lovely Little Getaway

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable--a great place to unwind after an all-day training at USU. Only a 15-minute drive from campus in a quiet neighborhood. The owners thought of so many details that made for a nice stay--maybe I'll bring my husband next time and skip the training! ;)

Comfortable and welcoming

This was our first experience with vrbo. We really enjoyed this clean and beautifully decorated space that was equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen items to desk space and wifi. Thanks to the tip from another guest, we brought our own Keurig pods to use the machine provided, and it worked out great. We enjoyed the other amenities too. I especially appreciated the make-up remover pads because I didn't realize until later that I had forgotten to pack my own. This was a great stay for our business + personal trip! Owners are very friendly and helped us make sure we were in the right place.

Lovely Master Suite

Wonderful stay! This private suite has everything needed. Room is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is spacious with double sinks and long counters. There was a mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. One little thing--there were no K-cups for coffee. When I contacted owner, he said that they no longer put these out. Also, that the listing said to bring your own. I finally figured out that the complete listing that is on VRBO is not entirely on hotels.com. That is one reason why I had to keep texting with questions--no mention of mini-fridge, etc. The owners were on site and I had hoped he would offer me a K-cup during our text conversation, but he didn't. We had our own drinks otherwise. Overall, the place is certainly nice for a stay--great sheets, towels, and comfortable bed.

Beautiful, clean, quiet place. All updated and new. Owners are easy to communicate and friendly. Space is quite large. Very pleased. Thank you for a pleasant visit!

Excellent place to rest

Very homey property. Brightly lit room and sun rise view on morning. No TV. Good place to rest. Very clean and tidy. Some house rules were little overboard (removing bedsheets on check out) overall very good.
