Home away from home in Las Vegas

Entering the property we felt right at home. It was cozy, had a great view and everything we could need. Ashley was super responsive and accommodating through out our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked. Really not much else we could have asked for. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again! Perfect for couples or a small family.

Lovely Place in Las Vegas

The initial communication was great and meeting the host was a delight. The room, which was very clean, is one I would book it again in the future. I have stayed at many higher end properties but this was the first time a host anywhere provided so many thoughtful, complimentary snacks and drinks. I came to visit family even though I am not Vegas fan; this rental made my stay quite comfortable.

Great Location! Wonderful!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the property is perfect. We cut through the Hilton across the road and the indoor mall took us everywhere we needed to go. The hotel towers are very nice and clean. The great thing is there are no casinos on the main floor so the place is nice and quiet. We didn’t hear anyone. Ashley is a great host! We will definitely be back!!

Great Vegas stay!

Loved the room! Had everything I need and was pretty convenient to the Strip. Just about 3 blocks and across the street you are in Planet Hollywood. Had plenty of towels and good water pressure which are important to me. Lol. Also a great view of a few hotels and the big Ferris Wheel. Completely indoor walk to the MGM Grand. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot

Nice and quiet location away from strip but close enough to walk to everything nearby. Love the views. Check in was kind of shady, had to meet at an adjacent property so its obviously a questionable rental within the rules for MGM signature. Also, there is NO free parking even though this continues to be advertised. Ended up paying over $30 for parking a ramp pretty far from the hotel.

Ashley was amazing!!! We had a glitch with our airline and Ashley offered to let us check in early. Thank you. The fridge was stocked with water, we really appreciate it. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great time in Vegas and we will definitely refer others to stay here. ❤️

The host was amazing and the property is exactly as depicted. There were no additonal or unexpected resort fees, there was only what i paid at booking. For an additional fee $250 the host decorated the penthouse for my boyfriends birthday, made homemade cupcakes, and even pickup cannabis for us as a suprise for him. Great easy stay

I enjoyed staying in the unit. This is one of my favorite properties if I must stay close to the strip. Its quiet, smoke free, all of the staff is very helpful. The unit was easy to access and clean. Ashley was also very communicative.

Beautiful view and property

Ashley was amazing. Check in is at 4 and she met me at 3 with no additional charges. If you want a quite pool atmosphere the Signature pools are the place for you. No one had to search for a lawn chair, many to choose from. Our girls absolutely loved the pool and lazy river at MGM. Easy access to MGM pool area. Not a far walk at all and it’s an indoor walk through. The only thing, we had to park 3 nights at MGM because they closed valet and parking and would not let anyone through. Other than that hiccup, amazing place and would totally stay again.

Perfect Location with great views

Being a seasoned Vegas vacationer, I decided to try a VRBO for the first time. Best part is I knew which floor and views I was going to have, which is not the case at the other hotels. Check-in & communication with Ashley was easy and the best part….no waiting in the ridiculous lines to check in. A covered walkway to MGM Grand allows you to access the Monorail which saved me a lot of walking in the 100+F weather this week. For the times I did walk home, which ranged from 9pm-3am, it was easy and safe. Close enough to all my favorite breakfast spots in Aria, Cosmo & Bellagio (30 minute walk). If you are there on Saturday you can catch “The Daily Dropout” filming on the Harmon/Las Vegas Blvd escalator. Their videos are hilarious. Thank you again to Ashley for a great week.
