This home is ideal for family vacations, getaways, or small retreats with friends. This is NOT a party house. Enjoy the Game Room with a foosball table, game boards, and many more. You can relish the lake view from the upper deck. There is no lake access to guests.

Really love that all the essentials were provided. The house was very well taken care of and very clean. We really enjoyed staying at this house and would have really enjoyed a longer stay. Ron was very fast to answer my questions and made himself very available. Great host.

Wonderful place to spend mountain time in! Has nice peek-a-boo views of the lake. Close to everything and use of parking in the garage for unloading made settling in easy. The whole place was clean, warm and welcoming with plenty of towels and bathroom goods.kitchen was equipped to work in with potholders, kitchen towels, dishwashing soap, sponge and cleaning supplies along with enough supplies to cook and serve with on the beautiful Biking stove. The Electrolux refrigerator with ice maker was plenty for our cold items. I really enjoy the large kitchen windows with lush pine tree views while cooking ! The bedrooms rooms had plenty of space to sleep in the plush beds, read and relax in, The full over twin bunk room gave plenty of floor space.The master at the top with more lake views on the balcony and massive fire place with super comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom was incredible! The entire house is tastefully decorated and gives the perfect cabin vibe .We enjoyed the open concept kitchen/family gathering area on the floor so much! With the glow of the fireplace and built in kitchen table to play scrabble and cosy up on the comfy sofas after dinner and watch movies made for relaxing evenings , thought my husband was never going leave that big chair! The large balcony with string lights large table and bbq was enjoyable and wish we had a little more time to take it all in!! We’ve stayed in a few rentals over the years and this cosy Blue Jay cabin is now our favorite!

Perfect for a peaceful getaway

We are from the desert and hadnt had a family trip in a while. This house had stunning views and was very beautiful on the inside and outside. It was incredibly comfortable and close to the lake and village. Ron was a wonderful host and responded to all our questions quickly. Overall this home and host made our family getaway the perfect experience.

Stay in Blue Jay

The home in Blue Jay was perfect for our annual family getaway to Lake Arrowhead. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. There was plenty of parking which can be challenging for us. The host was great and quickly responded to us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Mountain Reteat

The home is beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I had the master bedroom and bath on the third floor while my son and his family had four bedrooms to choose from on the first floor. We really enjoyed this beautiful home to spend a couple of days together.

Spent New Year holiday’s with my family. Lovely peaceful setting , great for some relaxing. House warm and comfy. Owner got back to me with answers to my questions in a timely manner. Close proximity to Arrowhead Villlage.

Great Property and Location

We celebrated Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The kitchen set up made it possible to finish our Thankgiving meal preparation, with our party of 8 seated around the eating area table. The location was ideal for us, typically no more than 10-15 minutes away from the areas we wanted to visit. Ron was very responsive to any questions or communications, which was truly appreciated.

Family weekend getaway

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean, well equipped, organized and kid friendly. There were labels to tell us where to find everything in the kitchen that made it very functional for us. Plenty of supplies that were provided for us which included the firewood and fire starter. The children enjoyed the game room. We would definitely book another stay here again.

Great family getaway

The house was perfect for two families. We had 4 adults and 6 children. The game was a hit with the kiddos. We couldn't get the away from the frozen ball table. The morning sunrise from the 2nd floor bedroom was breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, and herbs. We were able to cook many of our meals in the kitchen. A couple of things we noticed that can be given attention to: 1. Make sure to leave some dishwasher soap in the kitchen and 2. There was no hot water for the upstairs shower. But the bathtub was so nice to soak in, so that made up for it. It's really a charming place for a family getaway. Also, on the last day, one of the kids locked the game room, and my kid had left a sweatshirt in there. The owner kindly offered to mail it to us. It was really appreciated. Thank you!!
