It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen featuring WOLF Stove, Sub Zero fridge, Bosch dishwasher, 2 sinks with garbage disposals, granite counter tops and stainless appliances.
2 Keurig coffee maker with assorted pods (initial supply included) and full pot options. Creamer, sugar and biscotti supplied.

The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished with fireplace. Seating for 14 in the dining area.

The King Master Suite resides on this level with a richly appointed roman jacuzzi tub and walk in shower with 2 heads and fireplace.
A twin mattress for the additional child is available.

Down the hall is another full bath and another King Bedroom with fireplace and sitting area. All beds have luxurious bedding and plush bath towels.

On your way up to the top level, you will see the study area with two desk area and chairs for catching up on your studies or business!


Upstairs there is another living area, kitchenette, full bath, Queen bunk room and 2 more King bedrooms. All rooms have outdoor access to a deck.

2nd Master Suite, "THE EAGLES NEST" has a private deck with beautiful Lake, Mountain and starry night views. Ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub feature.

Outside Front Patio has lake views and dining for 12. On the beautiful SUSTAINABLE Polywood Patio Furniture on front deck for dining Al Fresco! Also, a side patio features Adirondack Polywood chairs around the fire pit. Polywood is made out of recycled plastic bottles!

Downstairs Level: Great room with huge 82" Smart TV huge sectional for movie or game day watching all together. Game table for 6, Kids table, games, books and toys.

A King bedroom with Lake Views and sitting area. Also a Day bed for the additional kid!

Bathrooms: All bathrooms feature ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry, designer fixtures, spa-quality towels and toiletries

Due to requirements by the City of Big Bear, a signed copy of "Good Neighbor Policy" and a copy of your Drivers License are required to check in.
