Lagoon Waterfront SERENITY/ Pebble Beach,Barnegat, LBI beaches NJ

Last year was our first time listing with VRBO and we were fully booked! And got 5 star reviews from all. We got started late this year and so this newly listed property has much availability. Contact me if you have a problem getting the specific days you want.

Location, location, location…Come to our ranch on 134’ waterfront in Pebble Beach. With French doors in bedroom and family room, windows and overhead fans galore,( plus central AC), you have breezes and views from every room to the water. The sound of the water and the twinkling of the boats with their tiny lights if they go by at night will love you to sleep at night or a comfy afternoon nap on the new mattresses, outside lounges or swinging hammock and a semi- private area to sunbathe and lots of umbrellas and new Adirondack chairs to relax and read in the shade.

Children MUST WEAR LIFEJACKETS (many in outside bin) when in yard not just dock. SAFETY FIRST!!!

Sit by the water. Crab, fish or swim in the water. Enjoy the sounds and sight of great wildlife especially Swans, geese and ducks to appropriately feed.

Don’t forget to bring your tubes ( some floaters and tubes provided) and boats, kayaks, canoes or stand up paddle boards or rent. The water is calm.

We leave a bike and some beach chairs and umbrellas. Sweet Bay beach is just a mile down with plenty of parking. Long Beach Islands many ocean beaches are just 15 minutes away with an island full of great restaurants, arcades, water slides, miniature golf and more. Boat rentals are within minutes of the house.

And at night, if you’re not too tired already, you can have an evening fire pit party or just relax under the stars with no obstructions to the great universe above and great views of dock lights and other families around fire pits plus friendly boaters and small pontoons with happy families waving as they go out one more time after dinner.

The backyard is BIG and so you have plenty of room to play any game you bring like badminton and baseball, Bocci , whatever. It’s a grassed backyard so no worry of hurting your feet on those pebble stones that most have.

And enjoy the outdoor cooking on the gas grill and eating on one of two big table and chair sets with umbrellas. Kitchen is stocked with spices, dishes, pots and pans and equipment and platters for family dinners.

Menus for suggested restaurants are in VISITORS information book in kitchen and on cork board with WI-FI PASSCODE.

And if you happen to get one of those rainy days, you can watch TV in two different private rooms ( Amazon Prime, PBS, Netflix and more included) or read while watching the boaters go by from the open French doors. Wi-Fi is FAST and strong for gaming and streaming. There’s a table with big open area for meals and games.

You get all of this plus of course five minute drive To the bay beach or 7 mile drive to Long Beach Island Fun and the ocean. You’ll have to force yourself to leave the house.

This is not a party house and it is a quiet neighborhood. For sure the neighbors will contact me and I will contact you if you have more than 12 people and the music or noise is loud.
And do not throw anything into the water since we must keep it clean and safe to walk on the shallow bottom and swim.

Allowed In At 3pm. You’ll be notified that afternoon if cleaning is completed earlier.

Central AC and overhead fans, renovated 3 bedroom ranch at end of lagoon with panoramic water views & lighthouse on Long Beach Island ,134’ of new bulkhead and dock with rare huge grassed yard that welcomes children’s play, crabbing, fishing, stand up paddling, kyacking , swimming, tubing, barbecuing and firepit and hammock and lounge chair relaxation and outdoor entertaining for 12 in QUIET boating neighborhood, 1 mile to Barnegat Municipal Dock and Bay Beach and 7 miles to Long Beach Island.
W/D, gas and charcoal grills, beach chairs & umbrella, NEW mattresses, indoor dining table w 8 chairs , French door views from master bedroom and dining room.

Must BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS LINENS ALL BATH AND BEACH TOWELS and tubes, stand up paddles , board and kayaks, bikes

Sleeps 7 if you count big couch

IMPORTANT WHEN LEAVING

1. Please put bedspreads back on before leaving.

2. MUST leave WINDOWS and Doors LOCKED, Air conditioning set at 75.

3. Must leave refrigerator clean and empty of food. May leave condiments.

4. Garbage must be in cans outside with lids tightly closed and if full, placed near fire hydrant. . Recycling is Thursday 7AM. Garbage is picked up sharply on Wednesday at 7AM

5. Must make sure umbrellas are closed, tied and sandbags on bases . If storm is coming put umbrellas flat on ground. We can get STRONG winds.

6. If storm is coming, put cushions in bins or inside and tie close. Cover and tie grill covers. Winds can blow everything into water causing boat crashes.
