Welcome to Sunset Vista. A beautiful home with spectacular views, beautiful sunsets and now has a pool. Sunset Vista was built in 2018. It is a raised home. The first level of living which is the second level of the home has a master bedroom with an ensuite. A half bath. A laundry room. An open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with granite counter tops. Two sets of sliding doors. The first sliders lead into a sun room and the other slider leads to a deck area with table and chairs and new barbecue. The third level of the home has two bedrooms with a full bathroom between the two.
Two security cameras on property. One is located at the front of the house and the second is located at the rear. Only purpose is for security and safety.

Awesome all around

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The outdoor heated salt water pool on the lagoon was perfect. There is an incredible outdoor seating area, with an enclosure, a ping pong table, and TV.The house is expansive and immaculate, well equipped. Gorgeous well-appointed kitchen. We fished, swam, grilled, had fun at the beach.We will be back!

Wonderful home

Great location, views and very comfortable home. Sunsets were gorgeous and the salt water pool was a great place to watch them from. Highly recommend this home.

Sunset Vista

We had awonderful peaceful 2 weeks. It's hard to say goodbye to the beauty of nature. Kayaking,evenings at sunset and in the morning. Enjoying family visiting, swimming in the pool,ping pong and many games played here. Even did a littke crabbing off the dock! House had all we needed and then some. Thank You, to our great hosts, Greg was available if we had any questions. All was just grand! The B Family from local NJ all enjoyed a visit.

Sunset Vista August 2023

Such a beautiful home and a quiet, beautiful location that is close to everything we needed. As a couple in our 50's, we wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation where we could bring our 18' boat to enjoy some fishing and crabbing. Sunset Vista was perfect! The sunsets were amazing, the area was very quiet, and the location is perfect for quick bay access on the boat. Later in the week, our 2 adult children joined us with their spouses and our 5yo granddaughter. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, play, and relax both indoors or outside! We appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and cookware to prepare home-cooked family meals. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong table, the swimming pool, and the kayak. We didn't need to stray far from the house for anything we wanted or needed. There is a marina across the street, the Green Street park is a short walk away, a Wawa about a mile away, a grocery store and walmart down the road, and quite a few eateries nearby. Thank you for the perfect venue for our family to create lasting memories!

2023- Vacation @ Sunset Vista

The communication was great with the host. They offered suggestions regarding fun things to do and restaurants to check out in the area for all age ranges and price points. They were available with any questions we had throughout the week. The house itself was beautiful. The things you can't tell by photo: great water pressure in the bathrooms, kitchen and grill area had enough supplies that we were able to cook for a family of picky eaters quickly and without needing more cookware, the neighbors were very nice, and the bay view DIDN'T come with a bay-like smell. The backyard was amazing to wake up to everyday. The view was truly perfect and relaxing. The seating areas on the deck, 3-season room, and under the deck were all happily used during our stay. The heated pool provided a lot of fun for the whole family. We had a 1yr old and 7yr old, so it was nice to be able to keep both entertained right at home throughout the day. The host left a variety of activities to really allow for maximum use of the property. There was a crab trap, ping pong table and supplies, horseshoes, badminton supplies, water guns, canoe/kayak, and a paddleboard. A highlight was the canoe and we found it fun to get a closer look at the turtles and crabs. We brought fishing rods and took advantage of the dock in addition to trying our luck at crabbing. We enjoyed smores at the firepit by sunset. Overall, a really fun vacation. We explored a new area and the place exceeded expectations.
