Welcome to The Dunes #208, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Fort Morgan, Alabama, located just 180 yards from the beach. Nestled on the peaceful Fort Morgan peninsula, this coastal retreat pairs easy beach access with resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness center and grilling area — perfect for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds.

The Dunes #208 comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and direct access to the balcony — perfect for stepping outside to greet the morning breeze. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, TV and its own full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, plus a convenient alternate entrance from the hallway for guest access.

The bright living area welcomes you after a day in the sun with comfortable seating, a full-size sleeper sofa, TV and access to the private covered balcony. Outside, you’ll find outdoor lounge seating ideal for sipping coffee, reading a book or unwinding after sunset. Ongoing Contruction- no notification

Never informed by owner that there was going to be ongoing construction of facade and roof and balconies of 7 floor building during our entire 5 week visit. pounding sawing power washing grinding 8 to 5 Monday through Friday then the last Saturday and Sunday. Partial refund was not enough, we should have been refunded all before we even showed up there. Still very angry.

Overall OK

The condo itself was just as described on the inside. It was very clean and well taken care of. It’s way off the beaten path, which we knew and liked. Don’t be fooled though. The property is not a short walk to the beach. Definitely not 100 yards as listed in the post. It’s well over 600 yard which doesn’t seem like much until you pack an ice chest and tent for the beach and have to haul it.

Great Location to the Beach.

Overall the Condo was good. Definitely will stay here again. There was an ant issue and the shower drain was slow. My son found some pieces of pizza in the rug but I gave the condo a good vacuuming and all was good.

It was good

It would have been nice if there we would have had linens for the pull out couch when we arrived and I would have had pillow cases on the master bedroom. The coffee pot still had old coffee filter in it. Th3 beach was further away than expected. Luckily we could drive over and there was one handicapped spot there.

Quiet retreat

Rented with family including small children. Property was nice, including pool and easy walk to the beach. Large patio was perfect for evening hang outs. Kitchen is reasonably stocked. Minimal necessities are provided. Moving carts provided which was helpful. Fort Morgan is much quieter than nearby Gulf Shores which is nice and relaxing but requires planning for things like groceries. Two restaurants within ten minutes otherwise everything is a 30 min drive away.
