Bienvenido a Heron Landing, lo mejor de ambos mundos. Aquí encontrará estacionamiento para botes, rampas para botes, un área de playa privada y un paseo marítimo en Little Lagoon, y acceso a la playa al otro lado de la calle del hermoso Golfo de México. Hay estacionamiento cubierto para su vehículo. Es un excelente condominio de dos pisos que está completamente amueblado y equipado con vajilla, utensilios de cocina y cubiertos. El lugar es muy cómodo y lo suficientemente amplio para toda la familia. El condominio puede alojar hasta siete personas con dos dormitorios, un sofá cama y una cama oculta. Ven a ver por qué Heron Landing es el destino perfecto para toda la familia. ¡Nos vemos en la playa!

Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). Overall it was good. the only complaint was the uneven floors by the front door so you couldn't open the door very far.

Decent overall

This was a last minute trip so we didnt have super high expectations. The dock was nice and the beach was just across the street, literally a couple minute walk. The property itself was okay, there was a bunch of random old stuff left in the car park area that we ended up cleaning up because we have kids and them stepping on something would have been an issue. There was some outdoor furniture that some guy came and drug off our porch early one morning and scared our daughter because clearly its a private porch, no one should have been on it but us. The home itself was nice enough. There was what looked to be dog hair in all the bathrooms and there were a ton of little sticker bush things in the carpet. I spent about 30 minutes picking those out which was pretty annoying. And we ended up finding a used condom wrapper under our bed, which honestly we never would have seen had our child not dropped her toy under there but thats besides the point. Overall I guess these didnt add up to huge problems, seems to be more of an issue with the cleaning company than anything.

Nice place. Even though the lights didn’t work in 1 room and the fan in another as well as the room doors got stuck and locked you in or out every time you closed them.

Peace and quiet

The overall location was perfect. Beach wasnt crowded and the small beach out back was exactly what are family was lookong for. Will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful!

The beach was just across the street, behind the houses. It was close enough that walking to the beach, even with 5 kids, was easy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out was so simple and fast. We even called about a lock that we were unfamiliar with and they sent someone over within 30 minutes of the call to help. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great place for 5. Easy beach access and lagoon is right out back. Fish the gulf or lagoon sit on the beach and at the pier very peaceful. Have fun.

Great Place

My group stayed in this rental for a week and it was a good experience. Check-in was a breeze and the location of the rental was optimal. We didn't have internet or cable when we first arrived, but the rental office was very efficient and helpful in getting it all set up for the rest of our stay. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and containers for food storage. It took only a few minutes to walk across the street to the beach, and we could see the lagoon from the wrap-around deck on our rental. There was a storage shed for beach supplies, and we ended up using a combination of the supplies we brought ourselves and some of the things already there in the shed. All in all, it was a nice getaway, and I cannot stress enough how nice and helpful the office staff was! 10/10 recommend.

Cute home near beach

We came for a beach volleyball tournament. The only reason I gave 3 for cleanliness was I found (dark) hair on the bathroom sink and one of the dresser drawers had some sticky residue that I didn't realize until after I repacked my clothes.

Beautiful condo

Condo is nice, clean and spacious. It is actually a 2 story condo so no neighbors above or below. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Had its own charcoal grill and a shed FULLY stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, coolers with wheels and a cart to haul it all. Super easy walk to the beach with access directly across the street and the view of the lagoon is beautiful. Caught lots of fish. This condo is down the strip away from the crowd and the beach is very low key. Our first time in Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back and staying here.

This place is the perfect location between the bay and beach. The kids loved catching crabs and fish in the bay and walking right across the street to the beach! Had everything you need!

Amazing location

We absolutely loved our stay at Heron Landing. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like! The rooms are nice sized. The showers work good. There is plenty of cookwear and kitchen accessories. They have a charcoal grill. They have all the beach gear you could imagine needing. They even have fishing poles. The location is good for walk to beach. Driving distance to most restaurants and activities but we enjoyed that. Bring your own paper products and detergents. There is washer and dryer which made the stay much more enjoyable. We can NOT wait to come back! Hoping to make this our forever family vacation home. Only negatives, dishes were put away dirty in cabinet, mattress on pull out bed needs to be thrown away (however blow up mattress is very nice), toilet in upstairs bathroom runs constantly. Dishwasher did not release soap so had to do it twice and leave soap door open. Did not at all effect how we felt about our stay!

Family Time

I couldn’t believe how easy check in was…we were running behind so we required a late check in. The office left my packet accessible to me, and I literally went in the next day and signed my waivers…so easy! The condo itself was clean for the most part, just a couple things I wish were different but I would totally recommend! Thanks for making my kiddos first beach experience so enjoyable!

Easy breezy

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and so we weren't privy to locations or anything when I booked Herron Landing but boy did we luck out! We all really liked that it's further down the strip, so no you can't walk to the restaurants and stuff, but it's quiet and private! I liked that it wasn't down with all of the giant hotels. And the beach access right across the road was also perfect. We saw down near the hotels how crowded the beach was, but not down on our end!! Also, because we didn't know exactly what to expect I filled our trunk with umbrellas, chairs, sand toys. But they have a shed below the house full of everything you could need! Tons of chairs, tons of sand toys, umbrellas, rafts, and even a nifty cart to load up with your beach supplies so you don't have to carry everything! Next time we come to Gulf Shores we will definitely book here again. Also, the check in process takes 5 minutes, and the check out is even easier. You call as you leave and that's it. Wonderful time! Can't wait to go back!

Excellent location.

Excellent location wonderful beach access across the street. Very quiet neighborhood, nice area and a little lagoon as well. Had a wonderful stay neighbors are very friendly. And highly recommend again.

Expectations Exceeded

It was lovely! The property was as described. The sofa bed was not great, but suited my 6 year old just fine. I would not recommend an adult count on sleeping on the pull out, but they did provide an air mattress.

Beautiful property, convenient location, quiet

Property manager was helpful during our stay. The beds are soft, condo was clean, and it was a great distance from the beach as well as the lagoon. Neighbors are friendly, condo is spacious and we enjoyed having the option of doing laundry and cooking while we were staying at Heron landing. Would definitely recommend!!
