This condo has one of the best views in Maisons Sur Mer EXCLUSIVE Resort. Great kitchen area for socializing and enjoying the views. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Maisons Sur Mer (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a HIGH floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the TWO balconies. This condo has 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Sleeper Sofa, and can sleep up to 8. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Maisons Sur Mer, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Oceanside pools and private ocean balconies! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

We had a wonderful experience here. The condo is exactly like it is pictured. Beautiful view for a sunrise on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast to the sunrise. We will definitely rent here again.

Highly recommended!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Amazing ocean views. Loved the double balcony and large windows. Although the lobby was under renovation, the front desk was still easily accessible. Only recommendation is to take your own paper towels, other than that we had everything we needed! Will definitely be a repeat guest.

Amazing Easter Weekend ♥️

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter holiday 🎊🎊 .. The views are incredible of the sunrise ☀️☀️ .. My fiancé stayed at the Maisons Sur Mer during his teenage years and loved visiting and all the memories this visit brought back to him and loved him sharing them with me! So close to all the places I remembered from visits over 10years ago that I shared with him. Will be back! Julie and her team were great to work with and assisted with all our questions and requests! Truly a fantastic trip and condo! Excellent decor throughout 😍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - Highly Recommend!!

I gave this unit a 5 star review because it met our 3 criteria. It must be clean with comfortable beds and amenities that are reasonable. We are both in our 60’s and if we can’t sleep, vacation isn’t as fun. What I wish I had known is the coffee pot is a Keurig that has basket for the pot and can accommodate single serve pods. It made good coffee. The owner left such considerate items like there were plenty of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, hand soap and salt/pepper. The towels in the unit are soft and absorbent. There are makeup black wash cloths for your face. I always use deposable ones and thought this was a considerate touch. There is even a lit magnifying mirror in one of the baths. There is a closet with beach chairs, pool noodles and kids buckets and various play items. I could have packed less. The draw backs were there is ONE beach access card and no hot tub. Even with that, we would rent here again.

What a view!!!

We wanted a great view and we got it! The angle of the balcony from the master bedroom was perfect to see the sunrise in the morning and make sure you get up to see it. Clean, spacious, well stocked condo. Grab some paper towels when you go shopping. That was the only 'staple' which is sometimes in a condo which was not in this unit. There is a Krogers a mile away with great hours for your groceries. Huge bonus: The elevator was lightning FAST!! If you have stayed in condos with old slow elevators you know how annoying slow elevators can be. Parking was easy and close to the doors every day. I saw a few people pulled over at a bend in the road 100 yards from the condo so be careful driving there. There is a storm runoff to the beach near the condo so be aware of that after storms if you are going in the ocean.

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay is the best way to describe our experience. The condo looked exactly how pictured. You will not be disappointed. It was our home away from home. Everything we needed was available. The ocean views from the main bedroom/living room/2nd bedroom were amazing! We felt very safe with the building 24 hour security. The breakfast at the cafe was very good. The location was perfect as well - directly across the street from a bar/grill, ice cream shop, general store and beach store. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in perfect condition and looked just like pictures. We loved the large windows and being able to access the balconies from 3 different rooms. Beautiful views and easy to get down to the beach. It did get tricky having teens/adults and 1 key card to get in and out doors and beach. It would have helped us if we had 2 cards. We had such a nice trip!

The perfect vacation!

Our time at Maison Sur-Mer was perfect. The location right on the beach was ideal for our morning walks, the staff was friendly, the owner of our beautiful condo had thought of everything to make the condo updated. The grill and bar at Maison Sur-Mer were outstanding!

Amazing property!

Lucked into this beautiful property! Frequent VRBO user. Impeccably clean, decorated classy and uncluttered. Beautiful! Very roomy living areas with both bedrooms having walk in closets! Abundantly stocked with paper goods and kitchen was just perfect. I love this so much I told Julie to let me know when it’s for sale! Easy access to pool and beach and great security.
