Ubicado en el piso 17 de la prestigiosa Maisons Sur Mer frente al mar de gran altura en la impulsión de la orilla en Myrtle Beach. Nuestro condominio duerme 4. 5 con la aprobación de los propietarios. Hay 2 dormitorios (una suite principal y una suite de invitados). Nuestra unidad tenía un completo cambio de imagen profesional - que está muy bien diseñado, brillante, rico y mirando todo a estrenar. Los pisos de madera en toda la unidad. Baños con azulejos. Grandes balcones de baldosas.

Dormitorio principal: cama king size con la costumbre tapizados cabecera y falda a juego cama. Es la sala de 'verde y blanco'! Great Ocean and Beach View!

Dormitorio de invitados: 2 camas extralargas. Esta es la sala 'coral y blanco ". Grandes vistas al mar!

2 baños completos: uno con ducha, uno con bañera / ducha. Ambos baños con grandes armarios. Nuevo, limpio y elegante fondo de pantalla brillante.

Sala: Amplio e impresionante !! Nueva unidad de pared blanca con pantalla plana de 46 '. Obra nueva exquisito. Gran vista al mar y la playa!

Comedor: de gama alta y con estilo! Espejos contribuyen al ambiente. Asientos Tabla 6.

Cocina: Equipada. Moderno y elegante. Mesa y 4 sillas. Gran vista al mar y la playa!

Balcones: Hay 2 azulejos balcones. Uno de la habitación principal y un amplio balcón de la sala de estar con mesa y 6 sillas. Océano fabuloso y vista a la playa.

Este edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, servicio de recepción, en el mantenimiento del sitio, 4 ascensores, piscina climatizada, piscina para niños, pistas de tenis, putting green, sala de juegos, conducir neto, un pequeño restaurante, panorámica salón de cócteles de lujo y un bar junto a la piscina Tiki.

Jan was an excellent host and quickly responded to my questions. She also offered lots of options for food and entertainment. The condo was gorgeous and the view was amazing. Especially liked the split bedroom design which offered lots of privacy. There was also a set of private bunk beds and full size washer and dryer. This is a high end building with super fast elevators and a restaurant/bar with ocean views and reasonable prices. Loved the location and could walk to several restaurants. I would definitely stay at Jan’s place again.

Beautifully decorated, this condo has stunning views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms! We enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony.The host has thoughtfully provided a fully- supplied kitchen, plus little extras such as a sewing kit, envelopes on the desk, and a few throw blankets. She was responsive to every question and concern. We have stayed at several condos in Maisons Sur Mer over the years, and this is one of the best!

Wow! We just returned from a week-long stay at this beautiful condo and the experience was amazing start to finish. Originally, I was to spend the week with a friend, but when my friend had a family emergency, I began to communicate with Jan (the owner) about options. Jan responded to each of my messages immediately with kindness and empathy for our situation. Her rapid responses and continued communication leading up to our trip made me feel like we were staying at friend's place :)We greatly appreciated Jan's thorough instructions for check-in! The parking and unloading would have been confusing had we not known exactly what to expect. Security was helpful as well!The condo was stunning and immaculately clean! It was obvious they had taken great care to make sure everything was "just so". We were shocked to learn that the building was built in the 1970's! It was so well-maintained and clean! And no long waits for the elevators. The salt-water pool by the beach was a favorite spot - never too crowded and always pristine. Jan left us with a full page of recommendations on what to see and do. She recommended taking a 15 min walk down the beach to an inlet. That's where we ended up several evenings to watch the sunset...just beautiful! The views from the condo were nothing short of breath-taking! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, cookware, and dishes. THANK YOU, Jan!! We can't wait to return :)

The stay was very nice. Enjoyed staying in room. Very clean. No towels for washing or doing dishes. Need to add more. Was very insulted that she asked me after stay if more people stayed because we used the bunk beds. Friend snores real loud and didn’t want to keep my sister awake. So she stayed in that room. If you are paying for the condo you should be able to use the whole place. Not accused of more people staying in room. Would never rent from her again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jan’s condo. Check-in with security was a breeze. We have vacationed in a lot of different condos domestically and internationally and I have never seen security at a complex like this. The building is extremely secure with several guards posted at various locations of the grounds 24/7. The condo was luxuriously decorated with a nautical theme which is perfect for the beach! There was plenty of room and the bedrooms are separated on opposite sides for privacy. It’s perfect for families, friends trips or couples. The kitchen even has a wine fridge. There are ocean views from nearly every room in the condo with two balconies. The grounds at the complex are beautifully maintained. Everyone from the staff, guards, servers & cooks were so friendly and kind. We also met a lot of great owners & guests. The complex has 2 restaurants & a tiki bar that are open Wednesday - Sunday although I am unsure if they are year-round or seasonal. There is also a theater room, library and a large sitting area with a fireplace near the restaurants. The pool is extremely large and there are plenty of lounge chairs & tables around it. There is also a basketball court, tennis courts and corn hole boards. The complex is within walking distance to Flip Flops bar and grill, Apache pier & Ocean Annie’s. Jan is quick to respond to messages. If you are searching for a gorgeous condo with ocean views for a quiet, relaxing vacation contact Jan right away!

Outstanding condo! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Amazing views of the beach and ocean! We even saw dolphins from the balcony! It was delightful having breakfast and lunch outside at the table on the balcony everyday. Communication with the owner, Jan, was fantastic. The building is great—amazing pool, staff, and easy access to and from the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic beach front condo

Our host, Jan, is very friendly, helpful and communitive. Maisons-Sur-Mer staff were wonderful including the bartenders, security guards and engineering staff. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is great if you like a quiet neighborhood and beach. There are shops and restaurants right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Elegant yet comfortable. We love this unit. The decor is tasteful and elegant but very comfortable. Views of the water from every room. Great ocean view from the balcony. The owner is so easy to work with on your stay. Close proximity to several great seafood restaurants. Also, the restaurant and the bar in the property are excellent. A wonderful vacation experience.

Great condo and location

My family and I had a very wonderful time during our vacation at Myrtle Beach. We loved staying at this condo because it was beautiful, spacious and view of the ocean was amazing. It was also close to restaurants, shopping and fun attractions. The easy access to the beach was also an added bonus. We hope to be back again!

Best Oceanfront Accommodations

This home at the beach is welcoming, clean, and has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! The stunning ocean view from every room and sunsets on the balcony were icing on the cake! Jan’s thorough and helpful communication along with the vibe of the condo and the building really made it seem that we were borrowing their vacation home and not a condo rental like other high rises feel. The building is quiet, safe, and the residents are friendly (so many wiggly puppy greetings on elevators)! We enjoyed the billiard room, corn hole, pool time, breakfast downstairs, and a drink at the Ocean Club where we met some residents who shared the rich 50 year history! We can’t wait to return next year or maybe even sooner!

Amazing trip

This place was perfect. Beautiful views. amazing sunsets. The condo was spotless. The owner was so helpful. checking in with us to make sure our arrival went smooth. The building itself was very well maintained . It boasts two places to eat. One very nice restaurant for a more formal dining exerience and a smaller one for take out breakfast and lunch as well as a few small cafe tables to eat there. The pool was very large and very clean. the condo itself had plenty of space for the two of us. Kitchen had just the right amount of stock. We hope to be able to return soon and would most definitely stay here again.

Always enjoy staying at Maison Sur Mer

This is our go to place when we go to Myrtle beach.. We stayed at unit 1702 this time and would recommend this unit for a family with Kids.. We didn't need the extra beds but the bunk beds would be fun for the kids...over all 5 star!!!

Spacious Condo in a Great Building

Beachy Keen is a beautiful and spacious condo in a well-run building. We enjoyed the ocean view balcony and spent many hours on it. The desk in the king bedroom was the perfect place for a week of remote work. The owner Jan was lovely and very kind. I look forward to coming back!

We are Jim and Jan, young at heart seniors who love Myrtle Beach and have been coming here for 30 years. We are blessed with 2 married kids and 4 grandchildren; all of them perfect:) in our eyes! We are from Pittsburgh, PA but we come to Myrtle Beach every chance we get! We love to play golf, and we love the beach!

There is no doubt this is the best location in Myrtle Beach - and, in our opinion, the best building on the East Coast. You will not find better amenities anywhere! We are close to everything. Great restaurants, shows, golf & mini golf, tons of shopping including Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Go karts, Pirates Voyage, Hollywood Wax Museum, MB Airport, Apache fishing pier, Ocean Annies, Wonderworks, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Comedy Cababa.... etc etc. I think all of those things are within a 15 - 20 minute drive, some of them you can walk to. A really awesome location on one of the prettiest beaches anywhere!

There are so many special things we love about this property. When you pull up, you will be amazed at how beautiful the building is. Walk into the lobby and it's totally first class. The caliber of people here are top notch. It's fun without being rowdy - exquisite without being stuffy. I would like to say you will feel at home, but this will be so much better than home!
