Accommodations were good. It’s a bit of a walk to Old Town Scottsdale.

Over all fairly good & clean. Grocery store across the highway.

Great place very clean great location

Evan’s place was everything we needed for our work stay. Great house hold amenities and great communication from Evan. He even accommodated a late checkout. It was flawless

Fantastic Stay

This is easily one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. Clean, spacious, and comfortable in a great neighborhood with access to everything you would need. Bedrooms were as depicted, with a nice king bed in the master. Only complaint would be they did not provide bathroom or laundry soap, but that didn’t prevent me from giving 5 stars across the board.

Would Stay Here Again

This property was perfect for us! The entire place was clean and welcoming. Furniture (including beds) were comfortable and the very large TV in the living room was a wonderful surprise. Also, having our own washer and dryer was a much appreciated bonus- especially at this point in our trip. The property is located only a short drive to everything we did. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Compact Home Base

This south Scottsdale condo was a perfect base for my week-long stay in Arizona. The space was clean, the bed comfy, and the kitchen included everything I needed to keep myself well-fueled. The location provides easy access to Old Town Scottsdale and I wouldn't have known there was an arterial nearby if it wasn't for a construction plate that would rattle when a big enough vehicle rolled over it. With a dedicated parking space, washer and dryer, and plenty of room, it would have been a great place for a larger group but for me alone it was more than accommodating. I had one small issue with the check in code but the property manager cleared that up immediately, just what you're looking for, IMO.

Evan really made sure everything was great for us. This was an awesome spot for our family of 4. Plenty of space and great location to get all over town.

Stay

Unfortunately we were told via email 3hours before check in that the condo was ‘overbooked’ for our 6 day stay. We scrambled to find a new stay for the week with limited cell reception while in the Grand Canyon, which caused us to spend more $$. Thankfully we were able to find a place during the busy time of spring break. Manager was not apologetic, brushed it off like it was no big deal. Condo had been booked for 4 months prior! We have 2 kids that were looking forward to the pool among other things. Still awaiting a full refund-as the manager states he will not refund the vrbo fees. Worst experience ever. I do NOT recommend unless you want to take the risk of getting notified last minute the stay is unavailable.

Nice, clean and good location

We liked the area with the Greenbelt nearby to go for walks. Although the condo was off a busy street, it is quiet in the condo neighborhood. Big TV and all the amenities in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay….very clean, plenty of towels, extremely comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. The walking/running path in the adjacent park is literally right there and beautiful. The 2 parking spots are right at the back door and the area seemed very safe. So convenient to everything…restaurants, bars, gas, groceries. Evan was very helpful and immediately answered any texts. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Manager

We were accidentally double booked, but Evan went above and beyond to ensure that we were rebooked in a timely manner in a similar property. He was incredibly communicative during the process and ensured that we had a great stay. Highly recommend renting a property that Evan manages - it will be a great experience.

Loved it!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. It was super clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and awesome location. The large TV's in each room were an added bonus. The two desks and comfortable desk chairs worked great for us so we could work during our stay. We loved the location. It was in close proximity to Old Town and Fashion Square. It was also right on the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt. We rented bikes and were able to explore the area on foot and bikes. A big grocery store is right across the street, and a healthy organic grocer (Sprouts) is not far either. Overall we would highly recommend this location.

Very good stay

This condo was conveniently located near a grocery store and Circle K. The parking was very close to the entry door. We enjoyed our stay. The TV's were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. It would be nicer if it had a downstairs half bath. We had a problem with the shower draining and Evan took care of it promptly.
