Totally remodeled waterfront home with private dock where you can park your boat in your private slip.

Located 1/4 mile from Evergreen marina. In the summer months the Dam Bar has
karaoke on the weekends. Winery in the neighborhood.

The house sleep 9.

You can relax on the patio while the kids play cornhole or swim. Take advantage of the charcoal grill for dinner.

Clearest water on Eufaula.

Fish or ride your ATV at the Dam.

Pets under 40 pounds welcome but must be on leash. Please note there is a pet fee of $100.00.

This was our 4th or 5th stay and we really enjoy Terrie’s home. It is quiet and love having a boat slip so we just have to launch our boat once during our stay. The house is lovely and Torrie is super.

This lake house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. It was nice having a private boat dock directly behind the house. Torrie was a great host and we had a wonderful time.

If you're looking for a waterfront family vacation spot this is top notch. Having a private dock was just great. Home has everything you would need with a huge frig to put everything in. Owners are great. Very friendly with outstanding communication.

Fantastic stay

Torrie was amazing. We accidentally booked our trip for the wrong weekend and she bent over backward to help us find a place at the last minute! We ended up coming out for the weekend we scheduled for anyway. The property was gorgeous and very clean! Torrie wss as very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing Retreat

This is a beautiful, quiet property right on Lake Eufaula. The views are truly stunning. The house has everything we needed for our 3 night stay and our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Lake Eufaula

Lake Eufaula is a beautiful lake. The house is right on the water. Plenty of yard for relaxing or playing games. Torrie, the host, was super friendly and very accommodating.

Great weekend get away

Enjoyed a long weekend with family. The house was perfect for all 8 of us plus a baby. There was a nice deck with a fire pit and BBQ that we enjoyed. The lake was right there to enjoy a little water time as well.

Weekend getaway

We booked this house last min for a quick last min getaway before the kids went back to school. Love that it’s right on the lake with a boat dock and the marina is within just a few min to put boat on the water! The hosts do live right next door so if you did need anything they are right there.

Great spot for a Lake Getaway

Beautifully remodeled home with everything you need. We took our four grandchildren for a 5 night stay. The boat dock was our main hangout & the kids swam on the sandy beach. Saturday was busy with boat traffic but the kids enjoyed the waves. We do not have a boat but this would be a perfect spot to dock. Your trailer will have to be parked at the nearby Marina, but the boat could be docked your entire stay. The hosts were fantastic, friendly & responsive.

Relaxation

We decided to take a last minute family trip without lot of people around just time with family. This place was perfect! Secluded, quiet and so relaxing. Large rooms with everything you need. We fished with the grandkids and made s’mores around the fire. Felt like being at home. We will come!

We live in Edmond but spend 90% of our weekends at the lake. We own the home next door and hope to retire at the lake. We love fast boats, RZR riding and motorcycles but also having coffee on the patio watching the sun come up and grilling at sunset watching the deer come in.

Master has king bed, oversized window view of the water w/adjacent master bath w/ double vessel vanity and rainshower head. Guest bed 1 has oversized window with water view & queen bed. Guest bed 2 is a kids dream with raw wood cabin style bunk bed. Twin on top & full on bottom. Faux bear rugs and cedar trees.

Hall bath sports shower/tub frameless curves door and fun decor.
Open floor plan w/ wood beam in ceiling, huge fireplace, granite and stainless still throughout. Full size sleeper sofa and additional couch in living area.

Fire pit w/ adirondack chairs, spectacular view from 2 level deck facing the water and private double slip dock that you have access to 1 slip so you can bring your boat or rent from Evergreen Marina with a nice discount (mention this rental).

Kitchen stocked with coffee pot, crock pot, blender, mixer, basic pots/pans/ flatware/dishes.

We offer use of washer/dryer and garage for games (not parking).

Neighborhood is family and golf cart friendly. We have a rental $75 per night but check availability.

Marina offers live music/ karaoke on seasonal weekends. Full bar and food.

Winery in the neighborhood.
