Renovated Throughout Beachfront at It's Finest

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.

We loved the condo. Very neat and clean and had a great view of the Gulf of America. The pool was not available because of repairs which was unfortunate but not a huge deal. The only real negatives were the TV in the second bedroom wasn't working and we had to pay to do laundry. But, the positives far outweighed the negatives and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice get away

Very clean property, security is top notch. Unfortunately weather not the best the last couple days but nothing can be done about that. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful condo to watch the sunset. Loved the decor of the unit! Easy to walk around the island from the location. Great amenities in the building. Would stay here again!

Great month of Fishing and relaxation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrive Feb 3 to cool rainy weather. The unit, 601 Tower 3 was well appointed and had all the amenities described. Beds were comfortable. Wives enjoyed shopping and sitting on the beach..Only negatives were no garbage disposal and no can for recyclables. Also floors had not been wet mopped and were dirty. Not the end of the world, I wet mopped them with the swiffer in the unit. Spent almost everyday on the beach. I love fishing the surf and had a great year catching Pompano, Black Drum and a beautiful Redfish. Had meals prepared at Capri Fish House, Cocomo’s and Kretches. Highly recommend Kretches. They broiled my Redfish with oil and capers. Best fish meal I’ve ever had. This was our sixth year inthe South Seas Tower 3 and first year in 601. We will be back in 601 in’25.P.S. it would be nice if the Condos provided an outdoor fish cleaning station

Beautiful Condo, Complex Unfriendly

The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, well-stocked and spacious. We loved how it was decorated, creating a relaxing environment. The beach was further than expected, which could be challenging for people with small children or elderly. This condo does NOT have a code provided for access. They still use keys that are picked up from a location about a mile from the condo. The process to get the keys and return them was seamless, but a little dated. Having an electronic keypad would decrease chances of lost keys, pick up and return, etc. However, this may be due to the complex requirements. The complex staff were unfriendly, somewhat rude, and intrusive. There is a person stationed at the pool as a warden, making it a rather irritating place to be. In all of the condos we’ve stayed at, we’ve never seen such a thing. While we understand the desire to maintain high standards, it was clear that renters were not wanted or welcome. The location of the condo is nicely situated close to restaurants, shopping, and various activities.

Frig had spilled "green" liquid or mold, shower had hair in drain and mold starting, debris and used contacts on floor, dust on bedroom dressers, and dirty dishes left in dish washer. We love the condo, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness this year :(

Exquisite condo

Everything was up-to-date and beautifully decorated! Everything that we needed for the beach was right at our fingertips. we could not have been happier, and the sun sets were stunning along with the taps being played every night along with the national anthem! The condo was exquisite❤️

Laundry right around the corner. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Pickleball courts right across the street. Easy pool access. Only things we would have liked were a garbage disposal and ceiling fans. From all Silver Seas towers it is a good walk to the beach but not onerous.

Fabulous location and views of the ocean with all the added amenities you could ask for. I really appreciated the fact that there were items left in the kitchen like cooking oil, salt, paper plates, etc. Normally house cleaning would wipe that out but they didn’t! So helpful!! We in turn left some goodies from our purchases hopefully that the next vacationers could use. Lovely island, lovely rental. We’ll be back!!

a great stay

we really enjoyed staying at this property. it was a quick 5 minute drive to some nice resturants and the the walk to the beach wasn't as bad as we thought. speaking of the beach... it was awesome! the water was wonderful for the entire trip. The property had everything needed for a day at the beach which was nice and we got hooked on a new card game they had there.

Amazing experience

It was a beautiful condo and the accommodations were perfect. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, everything was fully stocked, lots of towels and great beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and beach cart. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic Unit at South Seas

We have been coming to Marco Island for twenty years and this is the nicest unit we have stayed. It has recently been remodeled and is modern as well as comfortable. The unit was tastefully decorated and didn't have a lot of clutter. Communication with property management was excellent. I would highly recommend this unit and would stay here agin
