A perfect getaway for a couple, small family, or group of friends, the first bedroom has a king-size bed with a Smart TV, and the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a Smart TV. The updated bathroom features a glass-door shower, handheld showerhead, and a Toto Washlet bidet toilet for added comfort. The property is loaded with premium amenities that match its incredible location. You'll have a washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating for individual comfort in the bedroom and living room, and smart TVs with YouTube TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Take full advantage of the outdoor spaces around the cottage—dangle your feet off the private dock, paddleboard or kayak across the pond to East Beach, or sink your toes into the private sandy beach right next to the dock.

Booking Information:
One-week minimum booking with Friday turnovers preferred in June, July, and August. For September, October, November, May, and the first half of June, there is a four-night minimum, and a three-night minimum applies from December through April.

Please note, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security.
Also, if you plan to bring a boat, it must be approved by the owner prior to arrival. Guests will be required to provide proof of insurance, and approval is not guaranteed. Acceptance will depend on factors such as the size, type, and draft of the vessel. Please inquire in advance with details about your boat so we can confirm whether accommodations can be made.

From May-October, owners keep their boat on one side of the dock, the other side is kept for guests use. Owners may access their boat during the rental period, via right of way on property line, but will not be utilizing shed or any property amenities. Guests have four parking spots, and owner has one spot that will be delineated. The dock is raised during the winter months and cannot be walked on until it is lowered in the spring.
