The pictures do not do it justice. We arrived after midnight and had no idea what we would wake up to the next morning. Spectacular!!! Our stay was incredible! This condo has everything you need. Suzanne is an incredible communicator and makes sure that your needs are met. Highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it.

Spring Break

We had a lovely time staying at Suzanne and Lees condo during our spring break. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was well stocked with necessities. Plenty of room for 2 adults and three teenagers. They had all beach items you would need to enjoy a day on the beach. The owners were helpful leading up to and after arriving for vacation with recommendations on where to dine/shop when we were there. Lee also welcomed us upon arrival at check in and showed us around the condo as well as the property and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing dream vacation

Suzanne and Lee met us at the condo to explain everything in the amenities and show us around the condo. They took time to ensure that we knew everything! It was so helpful to have an expert to tell us about the island! The condo has everything that you need for cooking there. We relaxed and didn't leave there much except to go to the beach and some to the pool. We enjoyed every day, and I highly recommend Marco Island! And I especially recommend this condo!!! Beds were very comfortable and the whole condo was sooo clean! We played some of the board games that they have in the cupboard, and we loved all the various beach toys, chairs, the amazing like sand cloud beach towels! We found the most beautiful shells all throughout the North end of the island one day shortly after it rained! Definitely one of our favorite vacations that we have ever had!!! . If you want a relaxing fun filled vacation! I highly recommend this condo!!!!

Wonderful beach vacation

We had a wonderful week at the condo! Suzanne was wonderful right from the start! She explained everything to us and checked in periodically. The condo was perfect for our family. It was well stocked and right on the beach. As a family with three younger kids, we really appreciated all of the beach toys!! I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the memories!!

Lovely ocean front condo with great amenities

This is a wonderful 2 br/2 bath home overlooking the beautiful white sands and ocean. My friends and I had a girls trip here and had an amazing time. Suzanne met us at the condo and gave us a walkthrough of the property. It’s well appointed and located in the heart of Marco Island. We walked the beaches and found 30 plus sand dollars at Tigertail beach, tons of other shells, restaurants galore. Highly recommend this home- you can watch the sunset from the balcony too- bonus!!.

Perfect escape

Couldn’t ask for more! The condo was perfect for our family of 6 and Suzanne and Lee were amazing to rent from. From detailed information on arrival and departure, and meeting us to show us around the property, they were the best! The master bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Thanks again and we will be back

Relaxing in Marco

Great stay, the unit is as advertised. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and was available for any questions. The condominium complex does have several rules but nothing difficult to follow. They are thoughtful about common areas and security. The time in Marco was excellent and very relaxing.

Loved our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely perfect, very well and thoughtfully appointed. There were 6 of us. Two adults, three teenagers and a preteen, the condo accommodated us comfortably. It had everything we needed and then some! The view was stunning. Communication with the host was wonderful. She was a pleasure to work with a check in went flawlessly. Would definitely book again!

Quick Getaway

This place is amazing!!! The view is breathtaking. Well stocked- great beach chairs to sitting in the sand and let the water splash your feet. It did rain on us - but we went on the beach and dammed in the rain. The best time to find shells is when it rains- we have a wonderful collection of shells to take home. Highly recommend. Suzanne was amazing!!!

I'd give 100 stars if I could!

I can NOT say enough good things about Suzanne and her rental condo! From our first interaction via text, to our last interaction the day we checked out, Suzanne was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure she gave us lots of tips for our stay and left no doubt if I needed her during our vacation, she was there for us! The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could need for a vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked, even down to a crockpot that we used our last night there. She provides beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, a beach cart and games to play if you are inside for any length of time. We definitely took advantage of the games! My party of 4 consisted of ages ranging from 19 to 53 and there were things about this condo each one of us loved! When we head back to Marco Island, I'll definitely be renting from her again!

Great Vacation

We had never been to Marco Island and really enjoyed our trip there. Suzanne was so helpful and accommodating. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked. Anything we needed for the beach was available such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Beach Paradise

Suzanne was incredible to work with! She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us periodically throughout our stay. Suzanne’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. My only warning to anyone staying here is that I promise you, you will never want to leave! It truly is more lovely in person than the pictures show. 5 Star Vacation

We had the most amazing beach vacation on Marco Island. Suzanne was wonderful and so helpful. She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the building and our condo. She is also very informative about shopping and restaurants in the area. The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, beach towels and even a beach wagon with sand toys for the kids. We are already looking forward to our return visit next year!

Excellent Stay!

Suzanne was a great host. Easy contact and communicative which made our stay that much easier - on our day of check-in, she even gave me a brief tour of the building to ensure I knew where everything was on top of letting us check in a couple of hours early. The unit itself was incredibly well stocked, CLEAN, and comfortable. I could not have asked for more. Great restaurants, grocery, and shopping is all within an easy 5 minute drive in any direction. The only thing to be mindful of is specific to the building and not the unit itself (South Seas Tower 3) is it will be a solid 10-15 minute walk from door to door to the water, which means you will have to plan beach time, i.e. it isn't close enough to be at the beach and run back quickly because you forgot something. That was the only drawback which was fine for most of us, but could be challenging for older folk or those would like to be steps away from the water.

Beautiful Condo, Great Host

First. Suzanne was a great host. She communicated well from when I inquired all the way to checking out. The condo is as BEAUTIFUL and well maintained. The master bed was the coziest bed I’ve slept on. We had 4 adults and 2 young children and we were all comfortable. This was the best vacation rental we’ve had. The condo had everything we needed to even down to a beach wagon, beach chairs/umbrella, board games, pool noodles, you name it. Highly recommend!

What a great experience at the condo! The condo was beautifully decorated and Suzanne was such a pleasure to work with. She texted me from the time we booked the condo and was there to meet us at check in. It was a beautiful view and location.

Beach vacation

We love the condo. The view was amazing but the walk to the beach was far not bad out to beach but walk back from the beach was long across lots of sand. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The condo did not have a barbecue easily available and was charcoal - we are big grillers even on vacation.

Suzanne was great to work with, condo was great!!

Let me just say that Suzanne was such a great host from the second we booked until check out! She was so helpful with recommendations and so easy for check in/out. She has thought of so many of the little things that you would need on your stay which was super helpful. The condo was very nice and exactly as pictured! Our boys loved the bunk beds and the mattress on the king bed in the master slept great! The balcony is so amazing and we loved that it connected to the master. We ate breakfast out there every morning. The walk down to the water at the beach took about 7-8 mins. We have 3 boys ages 7, 5, and almost 3 and the 3 yr old was the only one that struggled a little. Otherwise it was actually a nice, enjoyable walk! We also enjoyed going out of the condo and down to the right to Tigertail beach and park, our kids loved the playground. Overall great experience and would definitely book again!

We live full time on Marco Island & manage the property ourselves. Thus, we can ensure that the condo is CLEAN and has all the little extras for added comfort & convenience.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased in So Seas because it was one of only four properties on the Island that is directly on the beach & offers weekly rentals year round. Most condos require one month or longer stays.
Also, it was one of the few that had multiple pickleball/tennis courts, etc.

Cleanliness & added conveniences such as Reverse Osmosis water, Safe for valuables, Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion in Bath,
Clean comfortable bedding. And a gorgeous Beach/Water view.
