VILLA ZUMALIBU. THIS VERY SPECIAL MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA IS LOCATED IN PRESTIGIOUS MALIBU PARK. LISTEN TO THE SOUND OF THE WAVES, WATCH THE SWEEPING VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND THE MOUNTAINS, WALK TO ZUMA AND BROAD BEACHES. OUTDOOR JACUZZI SPA, BOCCE BALL COURT, FIREPIT SEATING AREA, WRAP AROUND TERRACE W/OCEAN VIEWS, POOL TABLE, PING-PONG TABLE, BONUS OFFICE ROOM - THESE ARE JUST A FEW THINGS TO MENTION BUT WILL MAKE YOUR STAY UNFORGETTABLE!

The space
Enjoy this home and make it your own during your stay!

Villa features stylishly furnished main rooms and bedrooms.

Upstairs.
Two master suites with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, flat screens TV's and direct access to the ocean view terrace with the lounge style furniture. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have queen and full size beds respectively. There is one more bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs.
Living room has pool table, flat screen TV and floor to ceiling sliding doors to the backyard. Good size kitchen has high end appliances, island/breakfast bar with seating for 5, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, sliding doors to the outdoor dining area. Also downstairs there are two separate seating areas: library with piano and den with fireplace. Dining room has a table for 10 and sliding doors to the outdoor dining area.

Outside.
Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Bocce ball court, Firepit seating area and bonus multipurpose room "Casita" for meditation/yoga lovers or private office space for those who need to work at home.

Garage.
There is space for 2 cars but parking in front of the garage is recommended if using the Ping-Pong table, located inside the garage. Brad new side-by-side washer and dryer are there as well.

Guest access
The entire villa and gardens available for use.

*Short Term Rental Agreement Will Be Required*
*Malibu is well known for frequent power outages due to the recent fires. Most of these power outages are few hours long but some last for 2-3 days. Our house is equipped with state of the art brand new 22kw generator that will not compromise quality of your stay.

The house was perfect, at night you can open the windows/doors and get the ocean breeze in which was lovely. The house was very spacious, clean & everything was easy to use. The ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms was spectacular. The host was extremely kind & communication was great. I will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay at this amazing Malibu house

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was terrific since it was so close to the beach. The host/manager were both wonderful and responded to any questions we had. Absolutely would stay at this house again in the future.

Malibu Friends Reunion

The house was amazing! Perfect distance to the beach and very nice area for a walk! The views from the patio upstairs were beautiful! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful Malibu location

We had a wonderful time at this Malibu rental, the house is very comfortable and location cannot be beat! A few minutes walk to Zuma beach and to market, along with restaurants and surf rentals. Our golden retriever Bear had a great vacation too!! Would love to come back!

Great Place and Great Host!

Our family had such a great time celebrating our son’s birthday at this beautiful place! Katherine was very communicative and made sure to check in with us upon our arrival to make sure we had everything needed. Incredible location and amazing backyard with hot tub & fire pit. We would love to come back!

We will definitely come back. The house was absolutely perfect and the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We could not have picked a better location. Owners were so gracious. A great family trip while touring colleges.

Beautiful Malibu home

Would definitely stay again! Had everything you would want or need. Multiple beautiful courtyards and sitting areas. Very private. Music though-out the house. Close to amenities.

Great property. Great location. Sunset views. Ample space.

Fantastic space! Sunset view from the upper deck. Pool table. Hot tub. Ping pong table. Bocce court. Ample space indoors and outdoors. Interior was well done and not dated. Beds were all great. Kitchen + grill has what you need to cook at home and great tables for dining together. Easy to get in and out and plenty of parking. Close to grocery and close enough for pizza delivery. A really solid property.

Graduation Celebration

The house was nice, and quiet, close to the beach and had a nice hot tub/outdoor space. Only small downside, There were 8 of us and we only had 6 wash clothes. There were no spare bath towels. We contacted the owner and they didn't provide any additional. There were also no Kleenex in the house.

Great house and location in Malibu

The house was perfect for a friends gathering in Malibu. Katherine was very easy to communicate with and met us for check-in and did a very thorough tour of all of the grounds and features. The location is ideal and just a few blocks off the beach with amazing views from the upstairs deck area, which spans two full sides of the home. The area is safe, gated and there is plenty of space to move around. The outside area is the highlight with a beautifully landscaped and private backyard area with a huge bocce court, yoga room, hot tub, fire pit with seating area for at least 8, large table, patio heaters and lights and a grill. We loved that the driveway was big enough for several cars and behind an automatic gate. Beds were comfortable and all the normal household amenities were present. Sonos speakers throughout the inside and outside. Would highly recommend!

Great location, exterior space, could use updating

My college friends and I stayed here for three nights. We've stayed at a number of rental properties over the years, so were excited for this one. Overall, this house was good, but there are a few things that would make it great. PROS: - The location is great. Easy walk to Zuma. Short drive to El Matador and other key locations in Western Malibu. - Walkable to Trancas Market, with Vintage Grocers (terrific upscale market) along with some cute shops and restaurants. - Beautiful views of the ocean from the upper balconies. Outdoor space is amazing, with two great seating areas - one around firepit and one on second floor balcony. Hot tub (which we didn't use), bocce, etc make for great ambiance. - Kitchen is big with high end appliances. We had a private chef come make us a meal and there was plenty of room. - Bathrooms have been updated nicely. Beds were comfy. CONS: - While the house is big (and sleeps 8), there's no comfortable place for a group to hang out inside. The weather wasn't great, so we were limited in our outdoor time. The couch in the living room was oddly small and uncomfortable and only sat 4, and there was no other seating in a very large room. Lack of rugs in that room made it very echo-y. - Interior and decor was a bit heavy and dated -- didn't really have that Malibu vibe. - Cookware and knives in kitchen were sub-par. We had a great weekend but would love some updates!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful home

We had the most relaxing and stress free time. The house was beautiful and a perfect location for us. Walking distance to beach. Close to great restaurants but also far enough away to feel like we got away from it all.

Wonderful Vacation Retreat

Fantastic location for family vacation - garden retreat with ocean views, lovely sunsets and fresh lemons, avocadoes, figs etc. with walkability to Zuma Beach, groceries and Starbucks. Grandparent, parents and teens all had a wonderful stay - we hope to come back!

Peaceful Retreat

The house and grounds are beatiful and offer a lot of comfortable spaces for people to gather. Ping-pong, pool table and bocce court kept people entertained. Exceptional privacy and located a short walk from the beach and local food/shopping. Great spot to disconnect from the grind and reconnect with friends & family.

We had a great stay

All the amenities exceeded our expectations: pool table, ping pong table , piano, outdoor spa, fire pit, bocce court. We had learned how to play the bocce ball game. The ocean view from the upstairs bedrooms is amazing. I had some great use of the "casita" - the office room which is really separate from the house and gave me a chance to work in peace.
