This stunning house offers expansive grounds with an upfitted airstream, hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, and sauna. Enjoy elegant indoor-outdoor living with vaulted ceilings, a chef's kitchen, and lush gardens. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining, this retreat blends laid-back Malibu charm with resort-style amenities.
Please note that the Airstream is intended for sleeping only. The toilet, shower, and microwave are not available for use, and there is no air conditioning. However, two ceiling fans are installed for ventilation. For bathroom and kitchen needs, please use the facilities in the main house.
The Space:
The house features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, a unique converted Airstream, and two full bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort. The primary suite boasts a luxurious King bed and direct access to a private deck. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a comfortable Queen bed. For a distinctive experience, a beautifully renovated Airstream is nestled in a private area of the backyard. It includes a double bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. The expansive backyard features two separate garden areas, each designed for relaxation and entertainment with fire pits and outdoor seating.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk from iconic Zuma Beach, this home is ideally located near a local market, charming coffee shops, and renowned oceanfront restaurants like The Sunset. You're also just a quick drive from boutique shopping and some of Malibu’s most scenic hiking trails. Experience the laid-back coastal lifestyle with easy access to everything you need—beaches, dining, nature, and more.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules and Important Information:
- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 8 people are permitted.
-Maximum occupancy of 8 guests must be respected at all times.
-No use of the hot tub after 10:00 PM.
-Patio doors must remain closed after 10:00 PM.
-Pets are permitted on the property for an additional $90/day fee.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $250 fine will apply for any indoor smoking (outdoor smoking is permitted).
Additional charges apply for damaged or stained items:
-$35 per stained or ruined towel
-$35 per stained pillowcase
-$200 per stained sheet or duvet cover
-A $200 fee will apply if the home is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning.
Noise Policy
It is extremely important that all noise and music are kept indoors and at a reasonable volume, particularly after 10:00 PM. This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with highly sensitive neighbors. There must be no loud gatherings, outdoor entertaining, or loud conversations around the hot tub or patio after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are in place to ensure compliance with these rules.
Guest Transparency
Guests must be honest and transparent during the booking process, especially regarding the nature of their stay. Unauthorized gatherings or misrepresentation of guest details will not be tolerated.
Damage Reporting
Upon check-in, please report any existing damages to avoid being charged. We understand that accidents can happen. If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Minor damages typically do not result in charges, but for larger issues, we prefer to discuss and agree on any costs prior to your departure to avoid any misunderstandings.
Events & Photo Shoot Policy
This property is for private residential use only. Photo shoots, filming, and comemrical productions, parties or events of any kind are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. Unauthorized events or commercial use may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and a penalty fee of $5,000.
