“Coral Sunrise” - Spectacular Ocean-Beach View

This is our newest listing. We so enjoyed hosting guests at our previously owned vacation rentals and really learned over the years what guests are looking for in a home away from home. After selling our other vacation rentals, we stumbled upon this all inclusive gem with a spectacular front row view of the beach from the entire open living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. This condo offers everything you need to relax, unwind, and enjoy the island.

This comfortably furnished condo has plenty of room to relax inside with high ceilings and an open feel unlike condos with a cramped hotel style feel, while the patio offers an ideal spot to have a cup of coffee while enjoying the sunrise and a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset.

The complex is surrounded by a security gate, so you can stay here in your own world and enjoy everything the condo and complex has to offer i.e. pools, hot tub, BBQ areas, fitness center OR venture out to the beach right in front and other attractions nearby. PLEASE NOTE, if you bring your car(s) the HOA does require a one-time parking fee (paid separately to them) for each vehicle parked inside the security gate. You can purchase on line or in the office when you arrive. The fee is $40 for 1-3 days and $50 for 4 days or more.

This condo is beautifully designed and decorated with art from local artists and has a hybrid floor plan being 1 of only 2 in the entire complex. The bonus loft bedroom is attached to another bedroom and provided with curtains in-between that you can keep open or closed for privacy. The condo is set up to sleep 6 comfortably with no one having to sleep in a common area or living room. All bedrooms have lots of light but we offer black-out curtains if you like it dark.

This condo overlooks the newly restored Babe's Beach into the Gulf of Mexico. It is just west of 61st Street, near Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, restaurants, beaches and all that Galveston has to offer.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with full size appliances, baking dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, wine glasses, Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot and everything you need (except the food) to cook up delicious meals! Coffee, tea and condiments are complimentary.

For the pool and beach: We provide you with a cooler, beach/pool towels and a beach blanket so you don't have to get your beach towels sandy!

When you return from the beach, both pools offer an outdoor rinse-off shower so you don't have to bring the sand inside with you (thank you very much by the way)!

The utility room has a full size washer and dryer.

There are 3 TVs, with cable and access to your personal apps and wireless internet.

This property is professionally cleaned after each stay by a meticulous housekeeping service. Fresh towels and sheets are provided for each guest.

***For your protection and ours, we employ the use of a motion sensor doorbell camera on the front porch that captures video of anyone coming or going up the staircase should a situation arise where we need to go back and look at recorded footage.
