Truvi is a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. When you make the booking, Truvi will send you a text/email complete the ID Verification.

Your booking confirmation will also include a link to the Rental Agreement. The primary renter must agree to abide and follow these terms and conditions during the entire stay (& share these terms and conditions with all other guests).

*Your booking is NOT confirmed until the ID Verification and Rental Agreement requirements have been fulfilled. These steps need to completed within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and free up those dates for other guests.

We get it, accidents happen. As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $300 (for Truvi verified bookings only). Please note, this waiver does not cover excessive cleaning, intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy—reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to our damage waiver coverage. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this damage waiver.

PET FEE - Up to two dogs are allowed with prior host approval. The fee is $75 per dog for up to 7 nights. A second dog fee ($75/dog/up to 7 nights) will be collected after booking. For all pet stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee of $10 per night per dog. *All dogs will be current on vaccinations, heart worm and flea/tick regime. Documentation may be required.* Let us know about your dog(s) when booking so we can plan accordingly.

OPTIONAL SERVICES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee:
* If you don't purchase travel during the booking process, we offer Guest Protect Travel Insurance Plan (GR330) through Generali Insurance. The fee is 6.95% of your trip (exclusions apply). A link to purchase (& more details) will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
* Dog Crate Rental - as low as $15/crate/day, based on the size of the crate.
* Early Check-In - $35/hour. Must be pre-approved by the host. Non-refundable.
* Late Check-Out - $35/hour. Must be pre-approved by the host. Non-refundable.
* Mid-Stay Cleaning - $100 for a 3-hour refresh of the house while you're out & about.

All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor located in main living room, and Ring video doorbell.

SECURITY DEVICES
- The Ring video doorbell is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.
- One Minut privacy safe noise monitor is located in the living room. This device monitors noise decibels (it is not a sound recording device). Noise is defined as 15+ minute duration that's above 80 decibels during the day (8A-9P) and 75 decibels (9P-8A) during quiet hours. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.

YARD MAINTENANCE - The home is treated for pests quarterly. In the spring/summer, the lawn is mowed during the week, weather permitting.
