This beautiful home sits in a private residential area. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Spa (including sauna, cold plunge, steam room), movie theater, pool table, living & dining room, high-end appliances and kitchen with full 12’x4’ waterfall quartz island plus a subzero wine cooler, two beverage coolers, fireplace, gym, BBQ, heated pool, and Sonos entertainment throughout the house. Serene and private front porch and patio deck for a total +7000sf of pure luxury.



The Space:

- Tons of privacy and abundance of natural light!

- Master bedroom and 2 guests bedroom are located on the first floor. One large bedroom is upstairs and one guest bedroom is in the basement.

- Small pets allowed for a fee. No smoking. No parties. Must comply with town noise ordinances.

- Unauthorized Events or Parties: We strictly prohibit unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If an unapproved event is detected at the property, we will immediately contact Airbnb support, terminate the rental agreement without a refund, and involve local law enforcement. All events must be requested in advance, pre-approved by the host, and subject to an applicable event fee.

Everyday essentials are equally close at hand: a full-service shopping center and a 24/7 pharmacy are just 5 to 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

- Pets allowed for a Fee per pet - per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance and it's subject to previous approval.

- Heated pool usage fee $350/stay + $175/night.

- Spa use per day $350/night. Includes steam room, sauna and cold plunge.

- We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
