Well-Equipped Kitchen:
Stocked with a mini fridge, electric stovetop, microwave, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Perched with views of Mt. Tam, the property enjoys a peaceful hillside setting. As a result, the terrain and driveway are steep. Flat street parking is available, but requires walking down the driveway to reach the home. Guests using the designated driveway parking area can access the unit via a short set of approximately six steps, followed by a flat pathway. Please consider whether this hillside setting is a good fit for your needs and comfort level.

The host lives upstairs with her family, and you will hear nourmal household sounds from above. House rules:
—No shoes on the carpet please.
They are fine in the rest of the space.
—Please shower before using the hot tub.
After use make sure to turn off the jets and cover the hot tub.
—Please wash your dishes before checking out.
—No smoking inside, but outside is fine.
You must discard your own butts.
—No firewood is available on site. Bring your own if you want to use the fireplace. The fire guard must be in place while using the fire.
