Located at the edge of Taylor State Park, with its towering redwood trees, and Point Reyes National Seashore with its pristine coastal beaches and hiking trails, your visit will be as fulfilling as you choose.

Should you crave the excitement of city life, the vibrant energy of San Francisco is just a scenic 45 minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for classic sites, cuisine, and culture. The world famous Sonoma and Napa wine country is just a short drive away as well. Our home is nestled perfectly away from the business of life yet shortly connected to all the wonders of the San Francisco Bay Area.

But the true magic awaits right here at our doorstep. Wander our secluded trails, where the gentle sounds of the forest sooth the mind. When you’re finished with your day take a dip in our hot tub or steam in our sauna.

Wonderful out of the way place. Easily accessible to San Francesco and other places. Beautiful outdoors setting, like a little forested park on the property. Stream, trail paths, redwoods.

Amazing find

The home had everything we could want. The property itself was fun to explore, lots of outdoor spaces for enjoying the redwoods. It is well situated to explore hiking trails and coastal areas. The host was responsive when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful surroudings

We loved the deck and the nearby trails. The host was very responsive and helpful! There are neighbors near, but they were so nice and also not an issue. Very much like a retreat!

Eclectic, fun, authentic Marin vacation house

What a fun house! My family stayed here during my wedding and had as fantastic time. Many of them had never been to the west coast before and they were mesmerized by staying amongst the redwoods. They enjoyed the eclectic, fantastical vibes of the house and all the pathways to wander around outside. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Very nice and unique home

We enjoyed our stay and found the location very convenient for Point Reyes and Fairfax adventures. House is well appointed and personally decorated (yay double rainbow). Enjoyed the kitchen for dinner and the multiple living and outdoor spaces, board games and hot tub. Not exactly secluded with a few adjacent occupied cottages and visible neighbors, bit no issues for us everyone was quiet and chill. Found the house charming. Got a lengthy how to visit email from the host and winged it on a few details like cable tv and extra blankets for the third bedroom with all the windows, but overall very nice visit.

This home provided a peaceful and convenient resting spot. The hot tub was nestled amongst the trees. The bedrooms were well placed to allow for quiet rest in comfortable beds. The massage chair was a bonus after hiking in Pt Reyes & kayaking in Tomales Bay. The property is beautiful. The art inside is eccentric. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive when I had a question.

Delightful. A lovely and sun-drenched space to relax. We particularly loved that there was so much unique and entertaining art in the place. That plus comfortable beds and a helpful and communicative host made for a stay we can't wait to repeat!

I was looking for just the right house to have a creative retreat for 6 artists, for my birthday this year. The home's eclectically furnished accomodations, the outdoor spaces and crystal lined hiking paths, and lived in/loved touches provided the best space for my guests to have the inspiring getaway we all needed.We will be looking forward to having our creative retreat here again next year! So many wonderful meals, making and restorative connections were possible because of this forest oasis. Thanks for having us!

Our property is one of the most unique in the area thanks to its fresh spring water stream running through it. Its well kept trails and peaceful places to sit and relax are unique as well. Having a hot tub and sauna and a creek running just in front provide for a serene experience.
